Beautiful apartment, friendly, professional, accommodating staff. Very clean hallway, grounds around building. Very safe environment. Close to downtown, Dr's offices, restaurants, shopping. I love living here.

I’ve loved my time here! Been at the South 16 for years, and I have no plans to leave anytime soon. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the building is pet friendly, the residents are quiet professionals who don’t party (loudly), management and maintenance are great, and I do feel that the value is excellent. You get a *lot* of amenities here. It’s also safe and in a great and convenient location.
