The whole process from the time I forst walked o to the property has been fantastic. Kevin has looked after me from day one and everyone has been so welcoming! I love my new home and look forward to being a resident for a long time to come.

Walton on the Chattahoochee is this wonderful nook in the middle of the city. When I get home from working at the Battery, I feel like I’m coming home to a mini resort surrounded by greenery and trees. It’s a safe, friendly, and very helpful community.

The management team at Walton is incredible. Miss Brenda, the Community Director, is extremely dedicated to the residents at Walton and strives to make Walton a great place to live. Zai, the operations manager, has a great rapport with the residents at Walton. He is genuily a kind and caring individual. The management team at Walton is TOP NOTCH!

I love the resort like atmosphere living at Walton on the Chattahoochee. I look forward to waking up and walking down to the river park with my coffee in the morning. Everyone is very friendly. In addition, the leasing office has been very accommodating to our needs.

I Closed on my House back in February...& I am STILL here in October!? What does THAT tell You...Besides the Fact that I'm Stupid, making 2 Mortgage payments each Month!?
Seriously, I Love Walton on the Chattahoochee! I have been Running the trails at Cochran Shoals for > 40 Years...well...I'm Mostly Walking them now, but just to Have these Beautiful Trails & the Hooch right outside our doors...What More could You ask for?

Walton on the Chattahoochee is a definite gem! The landscaping right on the river is absolutely stunning, and it feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. The staff is fabulous and they make a great effort to orchestrate a community feeling, and have fun activities. I won't move until I buy a house. Love it!!

I feel like the management and staff really care about the community and complex. For example, this is the first apartment I've lived in within Atlanta where the staff performs preventative maintenance. It really shows how Walton is invested in the complex for the long-term and not just trying to make short-term revenue off its residents. The management and maintenance are very quick to respond and offer solutions for even small problems. On top of all this, the community is extremely well-maintained and beautiful, with the amazing views of the river. It's been extremely peaceful to live here, while the location is still within Atlanta with easy access to everything in the city.

Walton on The Chattahoochee is hands down the BEST property in the state of Georgia! Yes, there are more new properties, but this property is special. Its the community, the staff, the people, and always the view along the Chattahoochee River that make this place so special. if you have not checked out the garden or coffee shop on property too, you're missing out!:)

Highly recommend the Walton on the Chattahoochee property. It has exceeded what we anticipated. The grounds have an abundance of beautiful spaces to enjoy wooded, along the river and shaded walking. The property is well kept and welcoming. Love the coffee shop and its staff. Also fun are the many and very well mannered 4 legged friends here. A few maintenance needs arose at first and all quickly resolved. Leasing office always helpful as we learn property particulars. Good choice!
