I've lived here 40 years. When I first saw my apartment my thought was "I could live here the rest of my life" and it sure looks like it's heading in that direction :)

It's been my home since 1986 for a reason.

I'm a happy new member of the London Terrace Gardens community. Thanks to the residents and staff I have met as I've been getting settled. It's truly been a wonderful experience! Thanks!

LT is in the midst of many of the most incredible residential buildings to be built in NYC in the past decade along the Highline yet LT holds it's own in it's unique architecture, history and charm not to mention services and better quality architecture. (thinker walls etc!) I think it would be great, to attract new renters in a competitive era, to promote the 'old school' quality construction and charm but also note the interesting history from Babe Ruth as Santa to the notable people who have called LT home over the years right up to today. Also the number of apartments which have been published in design magazines!

London Terrace is the perfect solution for old world charm without prewar building problem. The staff is efficient and kind in equal measures. It is its own neighborhood and a brilliant one at that.
