Moving to London Terrace has been the best decision we could have hoped for! Between the beautiful space and the incredible staff, we feel immediately at home here! I LOVE London Terrace. The community and apartments are fantastic. The doormen and staff all know your name and make you feel completely safe. The apartments are well maintained.

I have loved living at London Terrace Gardens for 22 years. It is one of the truly great NYC buildings. The apartments are beautiful, the building is well maintained, the staff is incredible and the rents are reasonable. The tenant community is affable. The neighborhood is really great. I highly recommend LTG as an ideal place to live.

LTG is a wonderful choice, at any age or stage of life.
The location cannot be beat. Public transportation within steps of the door.
Parks, galleries and restaurants.
Food shopping at any level of interest within blocks.
A huge mail / delivery room for your internet or local shopping deliveries open 24 hours a day.

I lived in the Towers for 22 years before moving to the gardens in 2019. The service and maintenance is equal to, if not better than the towers.

I have never rented in a building where I’ve felt so cared for. The culture is so friendly, the 24/7 package room has been a godsend as build my home from scratch, ordering furniture etc, the grounds and front area are clearly cleaned and maintained with great regularity. I love it here!
