I am brand new to The Ventura apartment complex. I moved into my apartment in May 2024. I think that the tenants and staff are amazing people and super friendly. I'm very excited to live here on the Upper East Side.

The Ventura is an excellent building in all respects. It is well maintained. The concierge, maintenance, building and management staff all are professional, helpful, friendly and responsive. The location is excellent.
