We couldn't be happier to have chosen The Ellington as our home. From our first visit to move-in, the staff has been kind, efficient, and accommodating. The leasing agents were helpful, thorough, and responsive during the application process, and the move-in was stress-free. Maintenance is quick, and all the staff have been amazing. The apartment is the perfect size, with great storage, plenty of light, a renovated bathroom, and top-notch appliances. Our dog has also been greatly welcomed!

Finding an apartment in NYC is always tough, but Rose and The Ellington made it super easy! From first reaching out, to signing the lease virtually (site unseen), the entire process was extremely easy. Upon move-in day, the front desk folks were all expecting us and made us feel welcomed and not stressed at all.

I love living at the Ellington. The apartment is spacious and clean. Any issues are taken care of right away. Staff know everyone by name and are all friendly and hard working.

The Ellington is an extremely well-managed and well-maintained modern luxury apartment just at the edge of Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen. We’ve lived here for almost a year and a half and the staff is awesome and the apartments are great. I’d recommend The Ellington to anyone interested in living here — I promise, you’ll love it!
