It's beautiful, well maintained, well located and has good features (pool, gym, laundry). It has original construction issues that are now coming home to roost, the main problem here, but they are being addressed well.

I love living at River Oak Apartments. The complex is beautiful, especially in the fall, and they have everything I need from a great apartment, nice amenities, and an excellent maintenance team and staff.

Over the years, this has truly been a peaceful, safe, and comfortable place to call home. From the atmosphere to the neighborhood itself, I’ve felt very fortunate to be part of this community. It’s not always easy to find a place that consistently feels this welcoming and secure, so I consider myself lucky to have found such a gem. Because of that, I fully intend to continue staying here for the foreseeable future. River Oak has been a space that’s felt like home since day one and that is a first for me.

I have lived here for a couple months now and absolutely love it. The grounds are beautiful with all of the trees and the amenities are great. Maintenance has also been very quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend River Oak Apartments to anyone.

Maintenance really save the day for me. My AC was out and I put in a work order. Within an hour or two I had three different gentlemen here to get my AC working. Amazing response! Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
