Maintenance really save the day for me. My AC was out and I put in a work order. Within an hour or two I had three different gentlemen here to get my AC working. Amazing response! Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

I moved to Kentucky in February of 2023. I applied to River Oaks Apartments unseen and it is a great apartment. It’s far from the city but close to the big four bridge and some walking areas. Quiet location, spacious apartments, beautiful area.

Riveroak is a nice place to live. It has a very peaceful setting. The staff does excellent job to make sure the residents are comfortable

I prefer because it’s pleasure community and it’s usually pretty quiet and relaxing to live here. The grounds are pretty in treadle which I enjoy and the staff is nice and the maintenance folks Very prompt and efficient when taking care of of maintenance issues.
