I moved to Kentucky in February of 2023. I applied to River Oaks Apartments unseen and it is a great apartment. It’s far from the city but close to the big four bridge and some walking areas. Quiet location, spacious apartments, beautiful area.

Riveroak is a nice place to live. It has a very peaceful setting. The staff does excellent job to make sure the residents are comfortable

I prefer because it’s pleasure community and it’s usually pretty quiet and relaxing to live here. The grounds are pretty in treadle which I enjoy and the staff is nice and the maintenance folks Very prompt and efficient when taking care of of maintenance issues.

River Oaks has exceeded my expectations in a variety of ways. The ladies who work at the office are always friendly and informative, the amenities are always well kept and clean, the maintenance personnel are quick to respond, professional, and knowledgeable, and the community is very safe.
I would be happy to recommend River Oaks to any of my friends and family.

The place is beautiful, comfortable and friendly and has many desirable amenities. It's also very well located for nearly everything. And these days I appreciate that it's up on a hill, just in case.

Out of all the apartments I’ve lived at in my days River Oak Apartments has been my absolute favorite. The ladies in the office are so helpful and friendly. The maintenance men are excellent at their job and arrive promptly after putting in a service request and get the job done. My dishwasher stopped working and after the maintenance team looked at it, and realized they couldn’t fix it, they quickly brought me a whole new dishwasher. They truly do take care of their residents.

I love living at River Oaks. It’s convenient to downtown, Highlands and St.Matthews. The staff is very attentive to residents needs and respond quickly. It’s an urban/ forest oasis!
