I found out about this place online but was blown away by the consistently positive reviews seen and completely understand why many residents have nothing but good things to say. I have felt welcome by staff and received prompt maintenance service as soon as I requested them. In addition, the home is well-insulated, which will keep my electric bills down. Overall, I am certain in my decision to move to River Oak! :)

The staff are friendly, the property is like a continuous vacation spot with it being surrounded by the forest and the animals walking through the greenery. We love it here

I needed my locks changed and a new key. The personnel in River Oak attended to my needs in a timely manner, within two hours my service was completed. The proffesionalism and excellence of the staff really excelled my expectancies.
