Actually I just moved here and don't have a lot of experience here yet but so far everything has been good. I had the apartment since July but just personally moved late September. But from afar all of the leasing people and concierges were in touch by email, text or phone and so helpful. My daughter and son in law who live near by handled everything for me but I was always kept in touch by the Bravern staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

We just moved into The Woodley from our home Conneticut. The Woodley is an exquisite building. It checked ALL the boxes and more for what we dreamed of. Gorgeous grounds, impeccable building, Wonderful staff - which is one of the more important things. Alejandro and Sumi are incredibly attentive to detail and provide immediate care to our requests- even relocating us to a more convenient parking space and storage unit within minutes!
The pool is glorious, the upstairs deck with many grills and seating options is a wonderful place to unwind in the evening - cooking dinner and gathering with friends and family.
The dog park - is the cherry on top! Spacious and immaculate, well lit and pleasing to the eye - even a water fountain and turf were installed to make the experience top notch for our beloved service dog. The residents are respectful and welcoming (there is one who is problematic - but that adds a little spice?) the Balcony is stunning with beautiful views of the National Cathedral. There are so many places to move around the building to find quiet spots to work and read - if you choose to leave your incredibly QUIET unit. It’s truly unbelievable that we don’t hear any of our neighbors above, next door or below. The building was built incredibly well. The designers and architects and landscapers did not miss a beat. The concierge is wonderful. Not to mention the gym! We love The Woodley; they even provide hotel grade carts at every entrance. If purchasing our unit here was an option, we would jump on it immediately.

Living at WRF is pleasing in every way. The staff are friendly, professional, conscientious and courteous. Any request for assistance is responded to promptly. The architectural conversion of an industrial building to apartments has been done with inspiration. Much thought has gone into residents' shared amenities like communal meeting spaces, business and entertaining areas, outdoor swimming pool, patios and grilling areas. The grounds are kept immaculately. The location, next to the Middlesex Fells, is convenient for travel in all directions. With the Orange Line Oak Grove terminus station only a two-minute walk, one can take the T to Logan Airport. Living at WRF is highly recommended.

I have been living here since 2020 under the old management and I can say this living situation now has been a completely great turn. The staff now is very intuitive and helpful. Recent work order, I think his name was DJ who completed was very great. He was very professional and fixed our A/C in a timely manner where as it would’ve probably took a while under old management. If I could give ten stars out I of five I would for the service..!!!

For my recent request concerning the weekend power surge and the functioning or the thermostat and air conditioner the Maintenance Department member, Albert, did an outstanding job in getting the issues resolved and the equipment functioning more efficiently than before the problem occurred. We are very satisfied with the resolution of the issues and the improvement in the efficiency and operation of the air conditioner and the thermostat. Kudos to Albert!

This is one of the best places to live in Austin. It's right by all of the activities but not so much in it that it becomes a burden. Right near a convenient grocery store; near the party scene (but far enough) from 5th street; quick access to the trails; walkable to the gym; plenty of places to eat. Staff and maintenance are great and they do a wonderful job ensuring everything and everyone is taken care of. This is a bit classier and older crowd great, respectful neighbors.

We just moved into The Woodley from our home Conneticut. The Woodley is an exquisite building. It checked ALL the boxes and more for what we dreamed of. Gorgeous grounds, impeccable building, Wonderful staff - which is one of the more important things. Alejandro and Sumi are incredibly attentive to detail and provide immediate care to our requests- even relocating us to a more convenient parking space and storage unit within minutes! The pool is glorious, the upstairs deck with many grills and seating options is a wonderful place to unwind in the evening - cooking dinner and gathering with friends and family. The dog park - is the cherry on top! Spacious and immaculate, well lit and pleasing to the eye - even a water fountain and turf were installed to make the experience top notch for our beloved service dog. The residents are respectful and welcoming (there is one who is problematic - but that adds a little spice?) the Balcony is stunning with beautiful views of the National Cathedral. There are so many places to move around the building to find quiet spots to work and read - if you choose to leave your incredibly QUIET unit. It’s truly unbelievable that we don’t hear any of our neighbors above, next door or below. The building was built incredibly well. The designers and architects and landscapers did not miss a beat. The concierge is wonderful. Not to mention the gym! We love The Woodley; they even provide hotel grade carts at every entrance. If purchasing our unit here was an option, we would jump on it immediately. #WELOVETHEWOODLEY

The architectural conversion of an industrial building to apartments has been done with inspiration. Much thought has gone into residents' shared amenities like communal meeting spaces, business and entertaining areas, outdoor swimming pool, patios and grilling areas. The grounds are kept immaculately. The location, next to the Middlesex Fells, is convenient for travel in all directions. With the Orange Line Oak Grove terminus station only a two-minute walk, one can take the T to Logan Airport. Living at WRF is highly recommended.

This is one of the best places to live in Austin. It's right by all of the activities but not so much in it that it becomes a burden. Right near a convenient grocery store; near the party scene (but far enough) from 5th street; quick access to the trails; walkable to the gym; plenty of places to eat. Staff and maintenance are great and they do a wonderful job ensuring everything and everyone is taken care of. This is a bit classier and older crowd great, respectful neighbors.
