The maintenance crew is always very helpful. Plus they are on the job within a few hours is amazing. People within the complex always talk and all say their response is always immediate. A few hours or the same day almost every time.

I retired and decided to move into an apartment and not have the hassles of owning a home. Willow Ridge is the perfect place for me. Everything you could want is close to here. The staff is great. The residents are friendly. I got an apartment on the 1st floor with no steps and just may never move again.

This is a prime location, very close to the hospital, the mall and restaurants. Their guest services- Vincinta accommodated most of our requests and concerns. Helped us settle in and she did a good job of it. If she’s still with you guys, I hope she got a raise!
