Linkhorn Bay has been a good living place. The management team are very helpful, and friendly. I really love the amenities provided. I love how close I am to the beach, especially without my rent being crazy expensive due to the close proximity. I was recommended this area by a friend and I would recommend it to other friends as well.

We’ve enjoyed our time living at Linkhorn Bay so far, we’ve just been here for a little under a month. The first time we came to visit and tour the community the leasing office staff were so nice and friendly! The apartments are updated and offer some spacious layouts with nice views. We love the location of the Linkhorn Bay community - so close to everything!

Austin, Charles, Tanner, Ranger, and the guy who fixed the fridge (i cant remember his name) always make it happen.10/10 service, I’d trust this this team with my life at this point. They mitigated what was a potentially lease ending water loss in a matter of days, with nothing more than a couple of dehu’s and the supplies they already carry. They even found time to fix the fridge in between. Every one of them should get a generous raise!

Addison was very thorough and friendly throughout the whole process. Originally, I had planned to move in on December 4th, but if you check the almanac, there was a torrential downpour that day, along with really cold temperatures. I ended up moving in the 6th instead. I told her it was fine, that I would sign the lease papers as originally drafted, and essentially pay for the 2 days I hadn’t resided there. She re-drafted all the paperwork to adjust for that 2 day period, which didn’t save me a critical amount of money per se, but it did save me a little bit. In this day and age where companies seem to only eye the bottom line, that gesture was a nice reminder that good people still exist. Other members of the staff have also been almost like friends when entering the leasing office. Carrie, at the Escape, was also really friendly when I first walked in, gave me a tour and all the things. I don’t know if it’s a managerial thing, or just good people work there, but whatever the formula is, keep it up

Moving into Linkhorn Bat has been a serene experience. Getting a glimpse of the lake first thing in the morning always sets the tone for a great day ahead. I love starting my day or ending it at the gym where all the equipment I need is available. The pool is also a great feature as well as the beach being so close by. So far, I’ve loved living here. The only downside is the jet noise on occasion. Some days it’s non stop and other days it’s non existent so you never know when you’ll be hearing them. Overall it doesn’t bother me too much but I have to pop in my AirPods during meetings to block out the noise. I would recommend Linkhorn Bay to a friend with the disclaimer that it can get noisy but the good definitely out weighs it to me! It also helps that my neighbors are relatively quiet and I don’t hear much from them either!

I was very pleased with the service provided by the technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely responsive to all of my requests. He went above and beyond—addressing and resolving more issues than those originally reported to the main office and included in the work order, which was a refreshing change.
Additionally, the Leasing Office staff was a pleasure to work with from the moment I raised my concerns. They were approachable and made me feel comfortable discussing the issues, and once documented, I felt confident that my concerns were being taken seriously throughout the entire process.
The manager should be proud—her staff is clearly well-trained, disciplined, and demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. It truly made a difference in my experience.

Location is everything, family makes it even better. Living here for 8 years has created a family atmosphere with our neighbors and maintenance team. We love living in an area where we get to see wildlife every day, from different water fowl and turtles. Our apartment home, updated and modern, overlooking two fountains in a lake just off the deck. Have been here for almost 5 months and so far the community is great. Only complaint is I wish they would have some security cameras due to all the car break ins we’ve heard about since we’ve moved in. Otherwise no issues!
