It kept clean, and the apartments are pretty quiet. You don’t hear what your neighbors are doing. Maintenance service orders are performed quickly and correctly the first time.

Walking distance to just about anything, a grocery store right next door, smaller stores in the Village District a few blocks away, amazing amenities, gym and pool/outdoor area. Amazingly helpful staff, gated parking, and pet friendly!

The staff at 616 are phenomenal. Taliyah is well versed in her knowledge of the community and its features and is very friendly. Our interaction alone is the reason why I decided to lease with this community.

616 offers urban living at its best. The apartment is attractive and comfortable, and the location is perhaps the best in Raleigh. Within the facility there are numerous amenities and gathering areas (roof-top patio, salt water pool, etc.) when you want to step out of your residence. The community is very pet friendly, and I have met many nice dog moms/dads while walking my own dog here.
