The Walton Fayetteville has been a utopia compared to any place we’ve ever lived. The staff here really put their 100% and beyond into taking care of you and making you feel at home. When they say “Welcome Home!” They really do mean it.

Moving to Walton was like a dream come true. It really is like moving to a utopia! The property is always clean, my family and I feel safe, our neighbors are respectful and kind. The team is absolutely incredible. Jazmine H. Was hands down the best to work with! I love our community and the people working in it!

When I first saw the apartments I was sold. I knew I wanted to live here because it didn’t feel like an apartment it felt more like a community. I had a hard time narrowing done which apartment I wanted. Erick was really patient and allowed me to take my time in picking the perfect unit for me even down to the day of move in. I think I bugged almost everyone in the office about something. The apartments sell themselves but the care and kindness of the leasing staff can’t be found everywhere. I’m happy to call Walton Fayetteville my home.

Joel was wonderful to work with! He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and responsive to our many questions. There are many different unit configurations to choose from so it was easy to find the right fit. The common spaces (clubhouse, pool, gym, mail area, pet spa) are modern and spotless. The grounds are meticulous and safety/security are top of mind. We didn't find anywhere else that compared to Walton Fayetteville and we're now happy residents.

The apartments a beautiful they really sell themselves however if it wasn’t for Erick and his amazing teammates I’m not sure if I would’ve moved here. They have been the the best, very helpful and patient.
