One of the best values for cleanliness, and everyone within management has been fantastic - although I think it was exclusively DeMia helping! I was impressed with the professionalism, and efficiency especially after seeing/dealing with other apartments.
One of the other complex’s made me draw out of a bucket for “deals”. Felt like a gravel lot car dealer lol

The staff at the Point on 38th is fantastic! They’re kind and attentive to all our needs. As a college student, this apartment is perfect because of the multiple amenities. The property is clean and safe, and the staff always keeps in touch and gives updates. I highly recommend the Point as a safe and secure place. They always send emails when something has happened in the building regarding the slightest concern. If you want a comfortable, safe area with many amenities, this is the place for you!

The apartment is very clean , comes with a state of art gym, swimming pool, meeting room , pool room for those who enjoy this game, parking garage and charging station for those who have electric cars. I would say it was a great experience from the application to move in date. I would definitely recommend The Point on the 38th.
