I have enjoyed my time here. The apartments have pretty updated appliances and the pool area/gym are really great. This is my first time staying in an apartment where they have a lot of community activities and we always receive little gifts for holidays.

I’ve been staying here for 6 months and so far it’s been pretty good. The facility is very nice with great staff and amenities. I live on the side that’s closer to the college apartments which can get a little noisy at times but no big issue.

Living in this apartment community has been fantastic for me. The property is clean, well-kept, and peaceful, which makes it a nice spot to come home to every day. Management is professional, quick to respond, and really cares about the people who live there. Any maintenance requests I've made have been taken care of quickly and well.

Great people work at the Point on 38th! They're nice and pay attention to everything we need. This apartment is great for college students because it has so many great features. The staff is always in touch and gives news about what's going on. The property is clean and safe. I really think that the Point is a safe and protected spot. When something even slightly worrying happens in the building, they always send emails about it. You can feel safe and relaxed here, and there are lots of nice things to do.

I’ve truly love living at The Point on 38th. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing but positive. The community is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe and welcoming. It’s clear that management takes pride in the property and genuinely cares about the residents. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. They communicate clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and make the leasing process and day-to-day living smooth and stress-free. I always feel heard and valued as a resident.

The staff are helpful, friendly, and take your concerns seriously! I haven’t had any problems with other residents and the apartment is maintained well. Community areas are typically well taken care of and any problems are quickly addressed.

I have been residing here since 2022. I have consistently experienced positive interactions with the building, personnel, and maintenance; they have always demonstrated courtesy and consideration. I have consistently recommended that friends and family consider Norfolk, Virginia, as their place of residence.

Overall , living at The Point in 38th is chill and very quiet community. I love the layout of my apartment. Just be sure to check the map (if it works) on the website to understand where exactly your apartment is located (i/e: is your apartment facing the street or inward of the complex) for no confusion.
