This is a nice place to live. It's near restaurants and department stores also grocery stores. The ladies that work in the office are very friendly and caring willing to help whatever is going on.

I have been living here going on 6 years. My husband and I really enjoyed living here. Then in February of 2024 unfortunately my husband pasted away. Well I thought I had to move, and I didn't want to move so Samantha really worked with me so I could stay here. This is my home, and I just love it here. Everyone has been so nice to me. Even the maintenance men have helped me so much. Everyone is so friendly. I have good neighbors. It is pretty much quiet here oh you might here the children plying, but to me I love to hear the kids laugh and play instead of if people yelling arguing and or guns going off. I feel safe here and that means a lot to me. So I really do
enjoy this place I call home.

I love that whenever I put in a service request for Maintenance, they respond within a reasonable amount of time. I don’t have to wait for days and wonder when they are coming to complete the work order. They usually come the same day or if I complete it at night then the next morning. Thanks for responding so quickly!!

Thia is a beautiful Apartment Community and the apartments are spacious and lots of natural light from the windows. The office team are very kind and make you feel very comfortable.

I have been here a little more than 5 years, and I love it here. For the most part to me it's quiet. The other people who live here seems to be nice, and friendly. I lost my husband a year ago and the office team and the maintenance team has really been there for me. They really did an awesome job of helping me get through the process of loosing a love one. They also helped me in so many ways to help me stay here where I'm so happy to live. They go beyond there duties to help me. I would definitely tell people to check Aston Creek apartments out. Excellent place to live.

The maintenance team has improved & I was satisfied with the maintenance service that was provided. Devante is very polite & professional. He asked for clarification as needed while reviewing my work order to ensure that he addressed all of the necessary issue(s). Bobby provided efficient work & he was nice as well as professional. Craig assessed the concerns that I had regarding my HVAC; he was able to determine what the issue was & fixed it. The quality of work that was provided by the maintenance team was thorough & professional. I appreciated this experience especially; it was refreshing! Thank you to them each.

I have lived here almost 5 years now, and I love it here. It's quiet, and the other people that live here seem to be very nice and friendly. I also want to say that if I have any concerns, I will call and tell the office manager, and she listens to me, and she will try and fix the situation. I really like Samathia she is so sweet and caring. I really like it here.
