I moved into Proximity a month ago and since then it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Even when I had to make a maintenance request that too was handled quickly and professionally . ?? I love living at Proximity.

I like the smaller complex feel and the spacious main living space. The grounds are well looked after. Club house had many nice features. Convenient to main highways as well as local connecting roads. And excellent shopping nearby.

Great place to live. Great pool, exercise facility is very nice,The rec room is great. Trash pick up is a plus. Very dog friendly. Generally quiet.

My moving experience with Proximity has been great! It can be overwhelming moving to a new location but Proximity made it easy. The staff are kind and helpful and the community is well kept. I would definitely recommend Proximity Residences!

I’ve enjoyed my time here at proximity!! my previous apartment I didnt live in the best area where i dealt with a ton of surrounding noise and the smell of weed and cigarettes filled the halls. Proximity has been a complete turnaround from that experience. I feel very safe here. I love that its a smoke free community and how quiet it is, as well as the gym and pool area a short walk away. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating upon my fiancé and I moving in. Living here has given me a lot of peace and I thank Proximity for providing a comfortable living environment for us.

This is a well run small Apartment community. They respond consistently to any concerns you may have. They care about compliance on issues like no smoking rules, cleaning up behind your pet and proper use of common areas such as the pool and clubhouse. They tirelessly work and maintaining exterior landscape and exterior cleanliness of our building. If they are even slightly behind on a/c filter changeouts or pest control they are humble enough to broadcast an email to keep us informed. They take all concerns seriously no matter how big or small and do their best to address every matter you may have a question about.
