In all of my interactions with them, the staff has been friendly and efficient. I really appreciate that they regularly communicate with the residents to inform us of news and events within the community. I love that the sounds are well-maintained, and the location of the complex makes it easy to get to downtown Chapel Hill, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., and still manages to feel like a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle.

Chapel View is a very nice and quiet community. The office staff is very helpful and orofessional making the moving process very easy and non stressful. Very grateful for that! The apartments are well distributed and well kept.

I love living in my Chapel View Apartment for its quiet, clean environment. The working staff members are easy-going and help solve the maintenance needs very quickly. The neighbors are friendly and willing to help when in need of help. I also enjoy the convenience of having 24 X 7 convenience of using the fitness center and other facilities. My living experience since my move-in is very pleasant, and comfortable. I appreciate all those people who work hard to make my stay here so nice!
