My overall experience at Beacon Ridge has been exceptional, the community is friendly and the staff is patient and caring. I think that there will always be repairs in life, but the house I live in seems to have had a lot more repairs, even though I deliberately chose a revovated apartment. But I think the most important thing is the mindset of the staff who cope with all of this. They always made me touched after fixing!!

I caught the worst case of COVID 19 in January 2022 and the entire property and all staff have cared for me. Steve King made a bracelet for me of a scripture verse, and he helped carry my oxygen for me to my apartment

My husband and I moved to Beacon Ridge after selling our home. During our apartment search we looked at more expensive apartments and even larger apartments but we wanted to live somewhere that was non-smoking and had good resident reviews. We are thrilled that we chose Beacon Ridge. The apartment is very quiet and our neighbors are extremely friendly. We have enjoyed living here immensely and would highly recommend Beacon Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment. The leasing agent Alex, is fabulous she makes you feel welcome and is very attentive to your needs. Maintenance request are completed almost immediately. The customer service that we have received here is outstanding. You just can’t find this kind of service anymore and we are grateful that we chose to live in this apartment community!
