Not many places boast lakefront access and a 10 minute drive to a city with 500k+ people. To cite the old real estate addage, “Location. Location. Location.”, Lake Johnson Mews has it, and other places in this area don’t. Living here has given me a great first impression of Raleigh and the emphasis they place on having connected, accessible green space within an urban area.

Maintenance staff are timely and thorough, and always do an excellent job of addressing our concerns. We’ve never had any issues that took more than a few days to correct, and we really appreciate the work of the staff at Lake Johnson Mews!

We've just been here a few months, but we we've had a positive experience. The maintenance staff has been responsive and very professional. This is well- maintained, beautiful complex that is convenient to almost everything, especially the lake!
