Absolutely awesome maintenance team, Dustin is genuinely one of the best people.
Always helps and gets things fixed in a timely manner as well as just an overall good guy. Not that we have many issues to begin with but when they come up, it’s never an issue to have it resolved. Highly recommend!

Trinity Brooks has been kind, responsive and wonderful to work with. The Constellation is conveniently located downtown close to Hampton University. I love the secured entrance to the building. The lack of available parking is an issue which needs to be addressed. My understanding is that there is a waitlist for reserved parking at this time (extra $100). It would be great to use additional parking spaces where the abandoned bank is located. Lastly, it is important to have consistency with valet trash pickup since tenants are paying for this service.

I enjoy living at The Constellation on King—it’s easily one of the best apartment communities in the area. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. I appreciate the bike storage and the clean, modern amenities. The apartments are a bit on the smaller side, but the overall design is efficient. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which really adds to the experience.
If the clubhouse felt a little more welcoming and there was a hot tub added to the amenities, it would be a five-star experience for me. As it stands, I’d confidently give it four stars for the location, responsive management, and overall quality of living.
