I enjoy living at The Constellation on King—it’s easily one of the best apartment communities in the area. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. I appreciate the bike storage and the clean, modern amenities. The apartments are a bit on the smaller side, but the overall design is efficient. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which really adds to the experience.
If the clubhouse felt a little more welcoming and there was a hot tub added to the amenities, it would be a five-star experience for me. As it stands, I’d confidently give it four stars for the location, responsive management, and overall quality of living.

Having a great experience living at The Constellation. The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are well-maintained, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere. The constellation is a very nice place to live the only issue that we have is parking and being able to easily hear through the walls. Overall we still preferred the constellation over the other nearby apartment complex’s because of how friendly the staff is and safe it feels to live in the building.
