A great place to live and raise kids. My kids love the adventure center and any time I have a maintenance request, it’s handled almost immediately. If i have to call or go into the office, I’m always met with professionalism.

I’ve been living at a Walton communities since it was first built. First one in my unit and to this day i absolutely love it. The only way I’ll consider moving is because of my family expanding and the need for more space. Maintenance is amazing. The adventure center is so helpful. And that leasing team is awesome.

Walton Rich Community is a very beautiful place for your family to enjoy living. The staff is always there when you need them. The maintenance guys are wonderful.
They come into your home and they do what they're supposed to do and leave. Carlos is very kind and respectful person.

Waltons is an absolute wonderful property and community. The staff is caring and friendly. The apartments are up to date and well taken care of. The residents are friendly and it seems like a family, They do a lot of activities for the residents throughout the month. They are terrific!

Walton ridge apartments is by far the best apartment i ever lived in.. their quick with maintenance problems. The apartments it self are beautiful and nice to live in. Also they have free after school programs and camps for the kids.. also have a playground and basketball court. I been here almost two years and i love it..

LWalton ridge is a very exciting place to live its has a professional staff with a fabulous personality the atmosphere is family oriented the adventures program is a great place to enroll your kids age 6 to 12 the maintenance staff is awesome especially Me.Carlos and the rest of maintenance Ms.Desarae is awesome also the rest of the office staff very professional and courteous over all and all walton ridge is a fantastic place to live
