We have had a great experience moving my parents into the Resort at Lake Crossing. Annette has been extremely helpful all along the way and the apartment is very nice. A few minor fixes when they moved in that were fixed in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.

Mostly all good here. There are no problems with noise or vandalism. Maintenance is excellent. Maybe a little pricey but not outrageous. Parking is not perfect but again not too bad. You can do a lot worse at some other nearby complexes. This place is better!

This is our first experience renting an apartment and we are so pleased we chose Resort at Lake Crossing. It is quiet and peaceful here and the architecture and beautiful landscaping give the feel of living in Colonial Williamsburg. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Lake Crossing is a beautifully landscaped community with lots of mature trees and landscaping with the feel of colonial Williamsburg. It attracts young professionals who are very pleasant neighbors. The staff is extremely helpfull and attentive to residents needs. The clubhouse and pool are gorgeous and well maintained. Simply put: We love it here!

Save yourself a lot of time & headaches by touring The Resort at Lake Crossing. After touring multiple apartment communities, placing a hold on another apartment & then backing out, we came across a listing for this community & couldn't be happier. The leasing staff (Malissa & Annette) are fantastic. They're very professional, down to earth & Miss Malissa worked diligently to get us approved & moved in very quickly. You don't view some model unit here & hope that's what your apartment really looks like. No surprises on move-in day!! At The Resort, you tour the actual apartment that you're going to move into. This apartment community is very well maintained & the floor plans here are fantastic!! Nice big, open floor plans with plenty of room & the size of the patios/balconies are very impressive. I could go on about this place for days!!
