Would like to commend a couple of individuals namely the property manager, Sierra New and the maintenance personnel. Both made the apartment leasing process pleasant. Ms New was always in a cheerful mood, offered respectful reassurance and available for any questions. Competent, patient, informative and supportive. Responsive to maintenance requests, transparent about lease terms and returned calls in a timely manner. Sierra was warm and personable, traits which are complementary in any given situation. And I for one appreciated that.
I would also like to express my appreciation to maintenance for the work completed recently. Not just that the task was completed but done efficiently in a timely manner. Please note work was noticed and again appreciated.

We have lived here for over two years now and have enjoyed the community as a whole. The apartment is spacious and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and any concerns are quickly addressed. Living here has been a very pleasant experience.

I’ve had a great experience living at Edgemont. The community is well maintained, and the maintenance team has always been helpful and responsive. I especially appreciate Alex, who recently came by to clean my air filter. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s really nice to have a maintenance team that genuinely cares about the residents and their living experience. I’m very happy with my experience at Edgemont
