I moved in March 2026
My experience has been amazing. The office team and maintenance are amazing. Any maintenance request I call in is taken care of the sameday (unless a part has to be ordered). I do not have any complaints at all.

Everything that has been done here in this community is with care! They cool events, fast and dedicated maintenance, safety, family environment, the cleaning staff and more! I have had such a positive experience living here and honestly this would be my last place to live if we do not buy a house!

Well by the building been built 1978 I believe it's fair kept up to average this company Ceo or Reality that owns this property is very well good kept up ,just the some walls are under the paint is damage just do more smoothly better but other then that maintenance are doing it's best to help refixing when needed yes I would recommend I am appreciate very clean ground everything is well comforting Now some the pet owners are not picking up their responsibility.

I’ve been at Rivers Landing since November and overall it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and welcoming. My only suggestion would be having dumpsters a little closer or offering door-side trash pickup to make things even more convenient.
