I feel so fortunate to be a resident at The Locks. The design and vision of this development truly sets it apart, and the location is fantastic. But perhaps more important than that, is the superb management. Haley could not be more helpful: she made me feel welcome from day one, and continues--along with Chesley--to offer amazing service and assistance. Their management, the social activities they offer and the range of services are exceptional. I never want to leave!

The urgency by the team to ensure residents are taken care off is extremely high and they ensure that the maintenance team addresses the concerns immediately. Extremely happy with the team and very happy with the level of work the maintenance team has and work they do for the WO I have submitted in the past.

Living at the Locks for the past year and a half has been a very positive experience! It is a convenient location, there are community events monthly, the amenities are great, and the maintenance team is very kind and responsive.
