The entire staff (maintenence, office, etc) are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I have enjoyed my time here and hope to continue to call Staples Mill Townhomes home for quite some time!

The Staples Mill Townhouse Community are friendly. They keep the grounds neat and clean. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. They always send out emails to let you know what is going on. It is never a surprise. Great Community.

My, stay at Staples Mill Townhouses has been quite peaceful for the most part and that’s what matters most to me, however my rent is pretty expensive. My unit is really small an outdated! When the neighbors play music it almost sounds like they’re in your house with you and the swimming pool is taken over by unsupervised kids all of the time so I wouldn’t recommend that anyone that doesn’t have kids would even try to go to the pool to lounge or for a relaxing swim!

Great place to live. friendly neighbors. last year i became ill, on crutches and i was over whelmed of the support i received from neighbors. Staples Mill Townhomes, a awesome place to live.
