Management team absolutely loves the community and it is very evident they care. Anything in their hands that can be accomplished, will. We had a major issue with a unit, and they worked out a way to help us into a new one. They attack issues at hand very quickly and with precision. They really want the best.

From the beginning the Jessenia and her team have been so friendly, helpful and supportive.
The application was really easy and fast because they make the experience really simple.
I love that the place is really clean, calm, secure and close to many places in Winter Garden area.

Our experience in Palm Crossing has been so wonderful and been living here for more than a year now. Palm Crossing is so accessible, safe, pet-friendly, polite and friendly neighborhood. Jessenia (Property Manager) and Gigi (Admin) as well as the Maintenance staff are so accomodating, helpful and are attentive to our needs. They are providing us with excellent customer service. Hats off to all of them for making our experience in Palm Crossing worthwhile.
