Great place to live. Very pet friendly, staff is personable and helpful, grounds are kept serviced, and lots of community events for the residents are planned. Even having the food trucks available is a nice benefits.

Florida heat is not a joke. My AC went out during the recent heat wave in Jacksonville. There was a little miscommunication at first. Thank goodness Krystal was able to make it happen. Then Roberto came to the rescue. New AC the next day and now I’m cooled down, enjoying this Florida sunshine again.

The office staff at the loree are amazing! They helped me apply and gave me timely updates and kept all communication lines open so if i had any questions I could ask.

Love living here, but looking around the area and comparing market prices, the Loree is on the higher price range for average offerings as far as sqft and amenities.

Overall, experience has been great. I have not completely moved in but so far. Everything is good. I did however, notice a little bug issue but I believe it has been resolve with Massey pest control. thanks,
