If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, KY, you should put Chinoe Creek first on your list. The apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained, with mature trees and many amenities. I have lived here since 2019 with zero complaints. There are always community events being offered, maintenance support (seldom needed) is very responsive, and the neighborhood is delightfully well-established. I highly recommend leasing on an annual basis. You won't ever want to leave!

Chinoe Creek Apartments are excellent, safe, and well kept. The dogs adore it here ??! The location is incredible, especially since we can walk to a few restaurants, a take out pizza place, and to Kroger. The Fitness Center is wonderful and safe.

I started living here in June 2025. After months of searching, finally finding this place gave me peace of mind. I love the amenities both in the apartment and stuff like the pool and gym. I also think its awesome that there are community events! The view is also incredible.

If you are looking for a great apartment, look no further. Convenient, safe and lovely apartments in the entire complex. Shopping for groceries is very close by, as well as other amenities. Walkable in a nice atmosphere.

I love it here. The community is quiet and clean. It’s fun to live where I’m close to the clubhouse, pool and tennis court, and to hear the participants having a great time. The feel of being safe is a top priority, and the convenience of the property’s location is important. Wonderful staff also. And, my apartment is perfect.
