Anyone looking for a peaceful place to live, nice and clean, well kept, wonderful staff! maintenance is great! Then you need to come to, The Walton Summit, It's a wonderful place they treat you like family, and respect. I've been here 3 years going for 4. Thank you walto summit!

The staff here at Walton Summit are the best! They are so positive and friendly. They provide us with wonderful community activities and get-together's with our neighbors. We get to know our community pretty well. The staff here take pretty good care of us, and they take good care of their property. It is really clean living here. I love also how the apartments are located very close to downtown Gainesville. It's a pretty great place to live.

So I'm really happy about how friendly Walton Community is and very helpful with anything like it should be and I'm just blessed to be part of it and just overall Excited and Grateful to have the opportunity too live and stay at Walton Summit Apartments so is my family too Thank you Walton Staff too for their Hard work

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and I’ve watched the community grow in size. It’s been such a wonderful experience to watch the kids grow and create bonds. The staff has always been helpful and non Judgmental, and they are always willing to help and answer questions. This neighborhood has been my peace and a beautiful place to raise my kid. I will continue to make this her home until I move into my forever home.

Walton summit is great place, thanks to Scott Beckler, and ALL the staff for being so helpful. I haven't had any major issues, they handle things very smoothly, been here for almost 3 yrs and it's been a great place to live. Thank you all for everything

Well my opinion is that is good to know that you can't have any help with the government when you're in an tie income there's people who really care for you. This community is amazing and the team including maintaince are too. They treat you as a person and listen to you. All I hope is that the residents like me appreciate the opportunity Walton summits is give us. Me and my girls appreciate it for sure. Thanks.
