No rental situation is perfect. Current management appears to be very willing to address any problems. Always ready and willing to give residents attention. Never too busy.
The rent is reasonable and accommodations quite good. Have encouraged friends to put their name on the waiting list.

I am very happy to call Legacy at Walton Heights my home. Beautiful well kept grounds, great staff that is very kind and knowledgeable, and my beautiful apartment. I am very happy living here. The location is so convient to every thing.

I have been a resident approximately 3 years. We have activities sponsored by the complex. I really like being close to everything. I also like being within walking distance to several places which helps with my exercise routine. My neighbors are very nice and friendly.
