The apartment was perfectly clean when I moved in. The staff in the office and maintenance are professional, friendly and eager to help. Maintenance is quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional, The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and the Woodcreek Apartment complex and grounds are very well kept. The surrounding area is safe and there are many excellent restaurants and stores. It's a wonderful place to live.

What I've come to appreciate about Woodcreek Apartments is the reliability you can depend on in dealing with the management, maintenance and ownership. The management is always responsive to your concerns. That's important for peace of mind. Maintenance, is first class and best of all FAST! Another, usually overlooked aspect is ownership. PRG, has been responsible with their cost of overhead/profitability and rent increases. When you shop around you'll realize how important that can be to a long term Lessee as I have choose to be.
Efficient and timely landscaping combined with " predictable " trash cycling is another appreciated benefit of Management and Ownership here at Woodcreek Apartments!
