The Timbers is located in a peaceful and quiet area. Nature flourishes here! The staff is excellent, polite and professional. The apartment is spacious and has wonderful features. I recommend if you’re looking for an apartment, you join this community at The Timbers!

I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment it was obviously professionally cleaned and that is not ordinary in my experience in apartment communities and i have lived in many. I love the hard wood floors, color of the walls, the softness and color of the carpet. Not only new appliances but stainless steel was a very nice surprise. Also no front load washers and dryers i was thrilled as they are the worst appliances ever made and only support mold.

The maintenance staff and other staff have always been quickly to respond to any work orders I have requested. They are always friendly and ask me if there is anything else they can do for me while I'm there. Their professionalism, being concerned, and following through always is met. I have lived here for five years and the staff across the board have always been friendly and top-rate. There have been a little changing of the staff, but the service and willingness to get things handled with a request is submitted has remained fantastic.
Thanks to Molly and Wynton on this last fix to come over personally to asses what needed to be done. Thanks again!

When my boyfriend and I were looking for a new apartment, we stumbled upon The Timbers and after touring, we new this was our new home. We worked with Molly on the application process, and she made the process super easy and very grateful for her and the other Timbers staff that have assisted us in all aspects.
