When my boyfriend and I were looking for a new apartment, we stumbled upon The Timbers and after touring, we new this was our new home. We worked with Molly on the application process, and she made the process super easy and very grateful for her and the other Timbers staff that have assisted us in all aspects.

The staff members at the Timbers are always polite, courteous, and professional. Whenever I have a work order request, they are always right on top of it. Even if I don't need it right away, they are still always prompt on my needs for the apartment. I want to thank the people in the office and the maintenance team for being the great group of people that they are. I sure appreciate everything you all do for the community

The community is great. It’s kept clean and quiet and for sure one of the best places I’ve lived and I’ve lived in MANY places. Love it here for sure. I feel safe and cared for. There’s so many community activities and they are so attentive to any requests and needs. 10/10

I have lived here for about 2 years and I still feel and love the peace of the neighborhood and location. It’s tucked away but not far from the main roads and shops. The staff in the office and on the maintenance team are very approachable and friendly and polite.

The Timbers is a quaint little elevated community in Bon Air. The staff is extremely polite and responsive to any questions or concerns. It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. We tend to look out for each other, even if we've never spoken to each other before, other than occasional head nod as you walk passed them during the day. Couldn't be more happy with an apartment complex.

The Timbers is a nice chill place to live. I’ve been here about a month and my apartment is quiet and I don’t hear my neighbors. The staff is very nice and get my requests resolved very quickly.
