I have lived here for about 2 years and I still feel and love the peace of the neighborhood and location. It’s tucked away but not far from the main roads and shops. The staff in the office and on the maintenance team are very approachable and friendly and polite.

They deliver response within a reasonable amount of time, and most times, pretty quickly. I want to thank the Timbers for all they do. The Timbers is a quaint little elevated community in Bon Air. The staff is extremely polite and responsive to any questions or concerns. It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. We tend to look out for each other, even if we've never spoken to each other before, other than occasional head nod as you walk passed them during the day. Couldn't be more happy with an apartment complex.

The Timbers is a nice chill place to live. I’ve been here about a month and my apartment is quiet and I don’t hear my neighbors. The staff is very nice and get my requests resolved very quickly.

I was scheduled to have subfloor replaced on a certain date. When I went up to the office to let them know that the subfloor had collapsed further down, maintenance had come down right away and rescheduled for an earlier date. I just would like to say that the team at the Timbers is always professional, courteous, hard working, friendly, and always on time (sometimes there before the time) I appreciate everything the maintenance team has done to take care of the needs of the community. Thank you guys! You guys are great!!!??

Overall I’m beyond happy with The Timber’s as a whole! It’s clean and quiet. The community is nice. The application process was easy and simple, they got to back to me so quick and kept me informed the entire process. The office staff is beyond kind and helpful. The maintenance staff works urgently and gets things done. So far I am so glad I chose here as my new home. No complaints!

The setting is beautiful for an apartment complex! Staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. Some grounds could be better maintained, but on the whole, The Timbers provides its residents a lovely environment.
(Pleas forgive the late response to the survey; I had been watching very carefully for this until a little more than a week ago when my work and commitment schedule took over for a while. This survey addresses each of the maintenance calls I’ve had over the past several months. You all have a great team in the office and out and about the complex! Thank you very much!)
