We relocated here from St. Louis and it was great! In the 4 years we have lived in the same apartment rent keeps going up. Water, trash, sewer are extremely expensive which is not included. You have to pay for a garage because there isn't enough parking. Hoping loyal residents can keep rent lower because inflation is getting higher and wages aren't. Your basically working just to have a roof over your head!
