Very good. The only criticism I have is that I wish the movie theatre could have been left as it was. But the maintenance and other staff are all very prompt in attending to resident concerns, in my experience. The pool and gym are also great amenities when open, as well.

I simply love calling The Resort at Lake Crossing our home! It is conveniently located near the interstate if you need to travel out of town or you have visitors coming in from out of town. In addition, it is close to New Circle, which will take you anywhere you need to go in the City. Our neighbors are friends. The grounds are taken care of and beautiful! The community is quiet and we feel safe here. The staff are always so kind and helpful as well. If you're thinking about calling The Resort at Lake Crossing your home, you won't be disappointed!

I have lived at The Falls for nine months. It has been an excellent experience. The people in my building are very respectful; noise is kept to a minimum. I have had a couple of minor maintenance requests, and they have been handled very promptly with timely communications. The office staff is responsive and does a great job communicating. I would definitely recommend The Falls for anyone looking for a quality, comfortable, and convenient place to live.

From the beginning of booking a tour to the application process Teresa was exceptionally informative and helpful. I love the privacy of the front door and porches and the safety. It’s really quiet and the apartment was very nicely prepared for us with a welcoming gift on the bar when we moved in . And I really love the little things like when I picked up my keys they had a key chain on them that was very sweet.

I have only lived here for a week, but I could not imagine living anywhere else. The location is really unmatched, it is so safe, clean, and close to everything from grocery stores, to restaurants, to a massive park. The apartment building itself is so cute, it lives up to and is even better than the photos. The gym is fantastic and the staff are extremely attentive. I even had to submit a work order which was actioned within 5 minutes and completely fixed within an hour. The other residents are friendly, and I am surprised how quiet the place is, I have had no issues with noise from other apartments like I've seen in reviews for other complexes. I really love living here!

Living at the Reserve at Barry Apts is a truly luxurious experience. Available rental units have been renovated recently to include new to include new cabinets in kitchen and bath with granite counter tops. Washer,dryer,stove,refrigeratr,dishwasher garbage disposal, over the stove microwave and new steel bath tubs, new high efficiency toilets, light fixtures and carpet on second floor units in all areas except kitchen and bath that feature plank flooring. First floor units feature plank flooring throughout except for carpeted bedroom
Some apartments have stainless sterl appliances verses black. Snow removal is accomplished early
A spacious gym and two out doir swimming pools with seating arra and grill.
There are two seperate fire pits with griils in large open green space. A dog park with dog wash because this is a dog and cat friendly complex. Paved sidewalks througiut complex so you can out you dog on a leash and walk down sidewalk alliwung your dog a large grren grass area with free doggie bags to collect poop. For entertainment a pickle ball/tennis court and volleyball ball courts.
Grounds are lots of lush green grass with large mature trees. And you save alot of money on gas for your vehicles because most daily needs are just across the street at Boardealk featuring Wal?Mart Super Ctr Dollar Tree, Sport Clips,Central Bank, Nike Running Shoes, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Hy-Vee and doctors offices as well as can

Nice community and management that keeps you in the loop. Close enough to have everything you need, yet off a main road for some privacy. Can be loud at times with hospital and traffic. How will I describe Hydro Apartment? I will say it is an affordable and serendipitous apartment that anyone will love to call home. Serendipitous because it is nestled and tucked away from view by the James River Flood wall, providing it with a sense of security and warmth. Aside from the amenities, it is in the best strategic location where you get a feel and sense of the Richmond city, with easy access to major roads, hospitals, and other places of interest. I think I am loving it here.

Would like to commend a couple of individuals namely the property manager, Sierra New and the maintenance personnel. Both made the apartment leasing process pleasant. Ms New was always in a cheerful mood, offered respectful reassurance and available for any questions. Competent, patient, informative and supportive. Responsive to maintenance requests, transparent about lease terms and returned calls in a timely manner. Sierra was warm and personable, traits which are complementary in any given situation. And I for one appreciated that.
I would also like to express my appreciation to maintenance for the work completed recently. Not just that the task was completed but done efficiently in a timely manner. Please note work was noticed and again appreciated.

The Carousel is a lovely building with amenities such as an excellent gym and community areas that are available to book for private events. I love the high ceilings in my apartment and the attention to aesthetic detail throughout the building. Todd does an excellent job of maintaining the property, and Tatum is professional and courteous. I also appreciate the quietness of the building; I love coming home to my own little sanctuary!

The community is fantastic as well as the residents, I have made plenty of friends while here. There are periodic events and the maintenance team are both really nice. However there is a lack of communication with the leasing team and your requests might outright be ignored which is very upsetting as they are very friendly and create an inviting environment. Hard to beat easy lake access though!

Bath tub and surround is new.
Second floor apts have wall to wall carpet in all areas except kitchen and bath that plank flooring and there is a tiled entry way.
First floor apt have plank flooring everywhere except the bedroom.
Some apts have black applian es, some have stainless steel refrigerators. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in all units.
Electric furnace and central air conditioning in all units. Windows and patio doors have been replaced recently and attic was reinstated recently. Smoke detectors in all units.
Lawn care is by Signatilure Lawnscape.
Snow removal for streets and sidewalks is provided in a timely manner.
Roofs are being inspected annually and reola ed as needed before leaks.
On site maintenance with HVAV techs.
Amenities are Pet Spa because thos is a pet friendly complex for both dogs and cats.
Tennis court, paddle ball court, volley ball court and 3 compactors for trash, 2 swimming pools, fire pits and BBQ grills, sidewalks throughout complex to walk your dog or exercise, a big gymn with all sorts of equipment to tone your muscles.
Locked mail room boxes for each apt.
And lots of mature trees and under ground watering system to keep grass green.
Over 50 acres of green space to enjoy.
Personally myself and lots of residents walk a ross the street to Hy-Vee St Lukes Northland Hospital Medical Bldg.,Wal?Mart Suoer Center at Boardwalk, Burger King, Wendys,Taco Bell, Dollar Tree. Google Fiber available

My husband and I love this community! There is a reason we’ve renewed for a third year. The community is quiet, pleasant and kept quite clean. The office communicates regularly with the residents about upcoming events, important issues, and even plans monthly visits from various food trucks as something extra for the residents. Since moving in, I have loved living at Rivers Landing. I love that I get to keep my doggy and I love that there's a dog park. I feel safe when I'm at home. The Rivers Landing staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, regardless of what issues I'm having. I do wish rent was a little cheaper, but honestly you do get what you pay for (in a good way). Long term resident who’s had multiple opportunities to move but am too afraid to do so due to the stellar management and maintenance teams. Issues are quickly and adequately addressed and resolved . (The affordable rent is an obvious plus, especially considering how many amenities they offer.) The neighborhood is very centrally located to many different types of businesses (groceries, pharmacies, WalMart/Five Below/Planet Fitness/PetSmart/Ulta/Dollar Store) and the nearby neighborhoods really do have a community feel, from the local Shell staff, Sharky’s bar, Chinese, Japanese and Mexican restaurants and a wine bar, all situated across the street. It definitely feels like “home”.

The process was great on getting a lease and getting moved in here on the office personnel. The ladies are fabulous maintenance people on the men. They’re just wonderful they come and fix things. They’re very efficient and get the job done. The ladies in the office are very respectful as well as the maintenance men. Everybody here are very knowledgeable and they keep you up-to-date on what’s going on and what needs to be done and getting a hold of them for any kind of maintenance is very easy. Piper is very easy to talk to. She’s very efficient and very knowledgeable on what you asked her. The amenities are nice. I can’t say too much other than it’s a great place to live. It’s quiet as close to where I work close to stores the apartment is clean and yeah, I like it a whole lot. If you’re thinking of moving here, you should really give it a good consideration you won’t regret it. It’s a nice place to live.

The Falls apartment is quite peaceful and from what I seen tidy and clean. Maintenance quickly responds to problems, and there are plenty of good amenities nearby.

I love the high ceilings in my apartment and the attention to aesthetic detail throughout the building. Windows and patio doors have been replaced recently and attic was reinstated recently. Smoke detectors in all units. Lawn care is by Signatilure Lawnscape. Snow removal for streets and sidewalks is provided in a timely manner. Roofs are being inspected annually and reola ed as needed before leaks. On site maintenance with HVAV techs. Amenities are Pet Spa because thos is a pet friendly complex for both dogs and cats. Tennis court, paddle ball court, volley ball court and 3 compactors for trash, 2 swimming pools, fire pits and BBQ grills, sidewalks throughout complex to walk your dog or exercise, a big gymn with all sorts of equipment to tone your muscles. Locked mail room boxes for each apt. And lots of mature trees and under ground watering system to keep grass green. Over 50 acres of green space to enjoy. Personally myself and lots of residents walk a ross the street to Hy-Vee St Lukes Northland Hospital Medical Bldg.,Wal?Mart Suoer Center at Boardwalk, Burger King, Wendys,Taco Bell, Dollar Tree. (The affordable rent is an obvious plus, especially considering how many amenities they offer.) The neighborhood is very centrally located to many different types of businesses (groceries, pharmacies, WalMart/Five Below/Planet Fitness/PetSmart/Ulta/Dollar Store) and the nearby neighborhoods really do have a community feel, from the local Shell staff, Sharky’s bar, Chinese, Japanese and Mexican restaurants and a wine bar, all situated across the street. It definitely feels like “home”.

They’re very efficient and get the job done. The ladies in the office are very respectful as well as the maintenance men. Everybody here are very knowledgeable and they keep you up-to-date on what’s going on and what needs to be done and getting a hold of them for any kind of maintenance is very easy. Piper is very easy to talk to. She’s very efficient and very knowledgeable on what you asked her. The amenities are nice. I can’t say too much other than it’s a great place to live. It’s quiet as close to where I work close to stores the apartment is clean and yeah, I like it a whole lot. If you’re thinking of moving here, you should really give it a good consideration you won’t regret it. It’s a nice place to live.

AMP has been great so far! The leasing and move in went very smoothly. The apartment manager is very personable and knowledgable about everything. There are so many restaurants and coffee shops that are in walking distance. I do not have any complains about my experience so far!
