Please, come visit this 57 acre apt complex with more amenities, including pet friendly! Alot of open green space for children to play or you to walk your pet dog .

What I've come to appreciate about Woodcreek Apartments is the reliability you can depend on in dealing with the management, maintenance and ownership. The management is always responsive to your concerns. That's important for peace of mind. Maintenance, is first class and best of all FAST! Another, usually overlooked aspect is ownership. PRG, has been responsible with their cost of overhead/profitability and rent increases. When you shop around you'll realize how important that can be to a long term Lessee as I have choose to be.
Efficient and timely landscaping combined with " predictable " trash cycling is another appreciated benefit of Management and Ownership here at Woodcreek Apartments!

The Locks Tower is an outstanding place to live in downtown Richmond. The location couldn’t be better — right by the Canal Walk with beautiful river views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the James River trails. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere downtown. The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are well maintained, two story fitness and rooftop pool are exceptional, and the staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for to live in downtown Richmond.

I have officially been at The Reserve at Barry for 6 months and it is by far, the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.
The community is quiet, clean and safe. I've had zero safety concerns. Maintenance requests are typically handled same day or within the first 2 business days. Communication with property management is clear, concise and always professional. The apartments are sooo spacious. The bedrooms are larger than I've ever seen in an apartment.
Not to mention that the location is prime with highway access and great accessibility to shopping and grocery.

As a Resident of Palmetto Place Apartments. I can gladly say they have definitely been very welcoming and a good community! The workers are always on top of everything! And the maintenance people are very helpful! Truly love living here! They always respond to emails fast. There is always clean up crews, special events, etc! Throughout the community! The only “nit-pick” I would say. I wish they better labels for the building numbers. I have issues with packages getting lost, stolen, or not delivered. Because the delivery people can’t find my home. So that is little frustrating! All in all I will definitely recommend anyone to live here! It’s so peaceful & pleasant!

Florida heat is not a joke. My AC went out during the recent heat wave in Jacksonville. There was a little miscommunication at first. Thank goodness Krystal was able to make it happen. Then Roberto came to the rescue. New AC the next day and now I’m cooled down, enjoying this Florida sunshine again.

I've moved here twice now, and both times have been great experiences. The staff and community workers are always very helpful if someone needs to be fixed for some reason and do it in a timely manner. They also keep you informed on anything that is happening with in the area as far as things like pool opening, maintenance being conducted, etc.

I have rented and moved several times due to serving in the military for over 14 years and Hyde Park is by far most not a very good property in my opinion. The staff is very nice and professional from what I have experienced but since day one of moving in, I have had several issues with the home. Mainly, the AC unit not working and I have two small children. Management has provided small appliances to assist during heat of the summer and I am grateful for that, but I would not recommend this property to anyone based upon my experience. The Reserve at Barry has upscale apartments with rents below competitors who have not totally renovated each apartment like the Reserve has done. A very friendly community. All necessities are within an easy walk, ie Wal?Mart Super Ctr, banks, Hy-Vee grocery, hair care, and eating establishment at nearly all price points. 6 bus stops service this 55 acre campus.
Alot of well manicured lawns with mature trees. Amenities are beyond all imagination: 2 swimming pools, tennis court, dog park with dog wash, and mail rooms are secure. Maintenance lives on site.
New light fixtures, both kitchen, bath and laundry in each apartment is brand new, right down to granite counter tops.
Luxury, convenience, pet friendly at a very affordable price point. 1,2 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes.
I have enjoyed all features of the Reserve at Barry for over 17 years.
And there are reasons for that mentioned above.

The apartments are sooo spacious. The bedrooms are larger than I've ever seen in an apartment. Not to mention that the location is prime with highway access and great accessibility to shopping and grocery.

The only “nit-pick” I would say. I wish they better labels for the building numbers. I have issues with packages getting lost, stolen, or not delivered. Because the delivery people can’t find my home. So that is little frustrating! All in all I will definitely recommend anyone to live here! It’s so peaceful & pleasant!

I have rented and moved several times due to serving in the military for over 14 years and Hyde Park is by far most not a very good property in my opinion. The staff is very nice and professional from what I have experienced but since day one of moving in, I have had several issues with the home. Mainly, the AC unit not working and I have two small children. Management has provided small appliances to assist during heat of the summer and I am grateful for that, but I would not recommend this property to anyone based upon my experience. The Reserve at Barry has upscale apartments with rents below competitors who have not totally renovated each apartment like the Reserve has done. A very friendly community. All necessities are within an easy walk, ie Wal?Mart Super Ctr, banks, Hy-Vee grocery, hair care, and eating establishment at nearly all price points. 6 bus stops service this 55 acre campus. Alot of well manicured lawns with mature trees. Amenities are beyond all imagination: 2 swimming pools, tennis court, dog park with dog wash, and mail rooms are secure. Maintenance lives on site. New light fixtures, both kitchen, bath and laundry in each apartment is brand new, right down to granite counter tops. Luxury, convenience, pet friendly at a very affordable price point. 1,2 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes. I have enjoyed all features of the Reserve at Barry for over 17 years. And there are reasons for that mentioned above.
