Courtyards of Chanticleer has exceeded our expectations in several key ways: Maintenance is prompt and professional, the grounds are generally well kept and the amenities such as the pool and dog park are great places to meet and make friends with fellow tenants. Our kids love it when they can go outside and play on bikes and scooters with other kids their age without fear of any trouble or traffic. I can't speak highly enough of this place.
Only drawbacks are the trash compactor is centrally located and only one on site, so it's a bit of a walk for tenants on the edges of the compound. And the price is a bit high compared to comparable apartments or homes nearby.
Those things in mind, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone interested in renting a townhouse within 10 minutes of the seaside. The school district has some of the best public schools in the city nearby and centrally located to so many activities to keep everyone happy and busy.

Excellent experience from first contact with Piper online scheduling to meeting with GiGi in the office! The community is great, amenities are great and overall it’s feeling like home! Maintenance has been kind, quick to resolve my washer issue. I just called explained there was a loud noise coming from my washer and I received a text with a schedule date to get it fixed. They showed up with a new washer a day or two later!
I’m thankful for Palm crossing team overall I’m happy living here! Keep doing your best for this community, it shows!

love the amenities and office staff. Everyone is informative and helpful. If there is a problem within your apartment where maintenance is needed, you can submit a ticket which gets reviewed quickly and maintenance is dispatched in a timely manner. Great updates on your phone about the status of your ticket as well. The complex is very quiet and feels safe to live in. One of the best perks is that there is a shopping complex with a Kroger LITTERALY right across the street. I have on multiple occasions needed an ingredient while cooking and walked across the street and was back within 5 minutes.

The apartment only has two drawbacks: the lack of storage space and the location of the extractor switch, since it should be accessible from both bedrooms instead of only one.

I love living at Linkhorn Bay Apartments. The office staff is amazing and always on top of whatever the tenants need. The gym is great with a sauna, pool, free weights, and treadmills, and it’s open 24 hours. Maintenance is always quick and reliable, and the location is great with plenty of stores nearby. Don’t go by some of the reviews you see online—my experience here has been very positive.

Linkhorn Bay is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is wonderful. The few times I needed any one on the Maintenance staff to come are always on time and knowledgeable regarding any issues needing attention. They are also very friendly. The office staff have been wonderful and very helpful. I had surgery and they collected my package and dropped it off for me at the apt. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The complex is clean and quiet with the occasional jet flying over from the local military base. I would 100% recommend moving here.

The move-in process for Hyde Park was so smooth, from the application to move-in day. They also provide a move-in gift that has all of your 'first day' needs in it, along with some snacks. I’ve had a great experience from the very beginning. The touring process was super easy, and the application process was just as smooth. Tatum was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the decision process much easier. I was deciding between two units and am really happy with the layout I chose. It fits my needs perfectly.
The upgrades throughout the apartment are beautiful, and the natural sunlight makes such a difference in the space. The amenities are top notch, and as someone who works from home, having access to the co working space and library has been a huge benefit.
The location is hard to beat. Being walkable to so many restaurants in the Fan and Carytown is a major plus. Overall, I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, KY, you should put Chinoe Creek first on your list. The apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained, with mature trees and many amenities. I have lived here since 2019 with zero complaints. There are always community events being offered, maintenance support (seldom needed) is very responsive, and the neighborhood is delightfully well-established. I highly recommend leasing on an annual basis. You won't ever want to leave!

Courtyards of Chanticleer has exceeded our expectations in several key ways: Maintenance is prompt and professional, the grounds are generally well kept and the amenities such as the pool and dog park are great places to meet and make friends with fellow tenants. Our kids love it when they can go outside and play on bikes and scooters with other kids their age without fear of any trouble or traffic. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Only drawbacks are the trash compactor is centrally located and only one on site, so it's a bit of a walk for tenants on the edges of the compound. And the price is a bit high compared to comparable apartments or homes nearby. Those things in mind, I would still highly recommend this place to anyone interested in renting a townhouse within 10 minutes of the seaside. The school district has some of the best public schools in the city nearby and centrally located to so many activities to keep everyone happy and busy.

One of the best perks is that there is a shopping complex with a Kroger LITTERALY right across the street. I have on multiple occasions needed an ingredient while cooking and walked across the street and was back within 5 minutes.

The Sawgrass apartments are an incredible place to live. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe, the apartments are spacious, the location is unbeatable (two ways to get downtown, perfect for work commutes), and the pool is beautiful.

The few times I needed any one on the Maintenance staff to come are always on time and knowledgeable regarding any issues needing attention. They are also very friendly. The office staff have been wonderful and very helpful. I had surgery and they collected my package and dropped it off for me at the apt. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The complex is clean and quiet with the occasional jet flying over from the local military base. I would 100% recommend moving here.

I’ve had a great experience from the very beginning. The touring process was super easy, and the application process was just as smooth. Tatum was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the decision process much easier. I was deciding between two units and am really happy with the layout I chose. It fits my needs perfectly. The upgrades throughout the apartment are beautiful, and the natural sunlight makes such a difference in the space. The amenities are top notch, and as someone who works from home, having access to the co working space and library has been a huge benefit. The location is hard to beat. Being walkable to so many restaurants in the Fan and Carytown is a major plus. Overall, I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, KY, you should put Chinoe Creek first on your list. The apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained, with mature trees and many amenities. I have lived here since 2019 with zero complaints. There are always community events being offered, maintenance support (seldom needed) is very responsive, and the neighborhood is delightfully well-established. I highly recommend leasing on an annual basis. You won't ever want to leave!
