We’re very happy with our experience here at the Timbers so far. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The pool and fitness center are great and the neighborhood is very enjoyable to walk around in. Within 10 minutes in any direction we have access to many restaurants, shops, and services. We love it here and would recommend.

The onsite staff is so friendly, kind, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests I submit. I can really tell the team here works hard to keep our community safe, updated, and beautiful/enjoyable for the residents - they put in so much work, and it clearly shows! It's also been such a great central location, as I travel to both UofL campuses (Belknap and Shelby) for school and work - I think it's such a great spot for someone new to the city, if you are looking to be central to multiple things. One of the most established apartment complexes in Lexington, with great management. Although the apartments can be a bit dated, the basic quality of them far surpass most new builds, especially when it comes to sound proofing. The apartment only has two drawbacks: the lack of storage space and the location of the extractor switch, since it should be accessible from both bedrooms instead of only one.

The few times I needed any one on the Maintenance staff to come are always on time and knowledgeable regarding any issues needing attention. They are also very friendly. The office staff have been wonderful and very helpful. I had surgery and they collected my package and dropped it off for me at the apt. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The complex is clean and quiet with the occasional jet flying over from the local military base. I would 100% recommend moving here.

I’ve had a great experience from the very beginning. The touring process was super easy, and the application process was just as smooth. Tatum was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the decision process much easier. I was deciding between two units and am really happy with the layout I chose. It fits my needs perfectly.
The upgrades throughout the apartment are beautiful, and the natural sunlight makes such a difference in the space. The amenities are top notch, and as someone who works from home, having access to the co working space and library has been a huge benefit.
The location is hard to beat. Being walkable to so many restaurants in the Fan and Carytown is a major plus. Overall, I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, KY, you should put Chinoe Creek first on your list. The apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained, with mature trees and many amenities. I have lived here since 2019 with zero complaints. There are always community events being offered, maintenance support (seldom needed) is very responsive, and the neighborhood is delightfully well-established. I highly recommend leasing on an annual basis. You won't ever want to leave!

Great place to live if you can afford it! The amenities (pool, gym. lounge deck, clubhouse) are the best I've experienced in an apartment community. Front desk and maintenance support are well above average and generally a joy to work with. As a final bonus, the pre-fab concrete slab walls, floors, and ceilings make for an ALMOST 100% soundproof living experience; something you won't find in most wood-framed buildings. I’ve only been living at Beacon Ridge for about a month, however so far, things have been great. The staff is very friendly, as well as the neighbors I’ve ran into. It feels safe and community-like here and the location is great. It’s incredibly nice to be close to everything—grocery shopping, restaurants, downtown, you name it. I’ve put in a few maintenance requests and have received quick responses and service every single time. Usually the maintenance team arrives the same day or day after, which is impressive! The maintenance team is always kind and respectful of my space. I’m shocked at how quiet my apartment is—I can only really hear people walking around in the halls on occasion. The complex itself is by a busy street, but you’d never know it. The complex is well maintained and makes it feel like you’re in a park. I love sitting on the balcony just watching the birds. So far so good!

Linkhorn Bay is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is wonderful. The few times I needed any one on the Maintenance staff to come are always on time and knowledgeable regarding any issues needing attention. They are also very friendly. The office staff have been wonderful and very helpful. I had surgery and they collected my package and dropped it off for me at the apt. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. The complex is clean and quiet with the occasional jet flying over from the local military base. I would 100% recommend moving here.

I’ve had a great experience from the very beginning. The touring process was super easy, and the application process was just as smooth. Tatum was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the decision process much easier. I was deciding between two units and am really happy with the layout I chose. It fits my needs perfectly. The upgrades throughout the apartment are beautiful, and the natural sunlight makes such a difference in the space. The amenities are top notch, and as someone who works from home, having access to the co working space and library has been a huge benefit. The location is hard to beat. Being walkable to so many restaurants in the Fan and Carytown is a major plus. Overall, I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for an apartment in Lexington, KY, you should put Chinoe Creek first on your list. The apartments and grounds are beautifully maintained, with mature trees and many amenities. I have lived here since 2019 with zero complaints. There are always community events being offered, maintenance support (seldom needed) is very responsive, and the neighborhood is delightfully well-established. I highly recommend leasing on an annual basis. You won't ever want to leave!

Front desk and maintenance support are well above average and generally a joy to work with. As a final bonus, the pre-fab concrete slab walls, floors, and ceilings make for an ALMOST 100% soundproof living experience; something you won't find in most wood-framed buildings. Five stars, would recommend.

I’ve only been living at Beacon Ridge for about a month, however so far, things have been great. The staff is very friendly, as well as the neighbors I’ve ran into. It feels safe and community-like here and the location is great. It’s incredibly nice to be close to everything—grocery shopping, restaurants, downtown, you name it. I’ve put in a few maintenance requests and have received quick responses and service every single time. Usually the maintenance team arrives the same day or day after, which is impressive! The maintenance team is always kind and respectful of my space. I’m shocked at how quiet my apartment is—I can only really hear people walking around in the halls on occasion. The complex itself is by a busy street, but you’d never know it. The complex is well maintained and makes it feel like you’re in a park. I love sitting on the balcony just watching the birds. So far so good!
