AMP Apartments on Frankfort Ave in Louisville KY is a lovely and wonderful place to live. The location on the fabulous Frankfort Ave offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with spacious layouts and options, they literally have something for everyone. I moved to The Villages of Banyan Grove seven months ago, from Brooklyn NY. The place is excellent, it offers you different types of apartments that will fit your budget and necessities. Everything is near by. The amenities of the place are incredible and easy to used. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This is the perfect place to be. Wow! What a place to live. Quiet at the right times of the day. Full of kind residents that stop and say hello as you’re walking with your children or pets. I’ve seen some retired persons out walking around picking up trash around the property to show folks care about where they live overall and not just their individual unit. Never have seen that ever! I also had a kind gentleman ask if I was lost when I passed by his car a second time while I was walking to the dumpster to throw away trash in the night time hours! I’m not sure how much help he was gonna be to me if I was in distress since I did see and smell that he was under the influence and smoking marijuana (legal all the way in MO) due to the odor emitting from his vehicle when I passed by the first time. But if that is against a community rules, PRG may want to send out a PSA. Wink wink. This place has a vibe though and I love it! Come one and come all to Reserve at Barry!

Out of all the apartments I’ve lived at in my days River Oak Apartments has been my absolute favorite. The ladies in the office are so helpful and friendly. The maintenance men are excellent at their job and arrive promptly after putting in a service request and get the job done. My dishwasher stopped working and after the maintenance team looked at it, and realized they couldn’t fix it, they quickly brought me a whole new dishwasher. They truly do take care of their residents.

I am new to the Richmond area. I met a friend for dinner at The Boat House and fell in love with the area. The East 51 apartments is in walking distance. I like that the community has secured entrances and covered parking.
The community seems to be nice and quiet for the most part. There is a railroad right across the street, but it doesn't really bother me..

Maintenance has been wonderful for us, when we first moved in we had the condensation line cause a hole in the ceiling; they came in within hours to begin drying it out and patched.

This is our 7th year at Linkhorn Bay and we could not be happier with our oasis. Tucked in away from the business of the community, we are blessed to overlook one of two ponds in the community. Watching the geese and ducks nest and raise their young every season is fun. Listening to the fountains day and night brings a calming nature to our home. Being close enough to walk or ride bikes to the oceanfront or ViBe district is a treat. The best thing is the combination of amenities, updated apartments, and amazing staff, especially our maintenance team: Dwayne and Maurice. Teamwork at its finest.

Perimeter place is a very nice place to stay very quiet peaceful you can sit on your porch want nobody bother you everybody's friendly but my main concern is a park for the kids if we can get it part for the kids and stop having to run into the apartment complex that would be great and I understand that y'all tried to get one there before and was not able to but I don't think it's fair for the kids but you can get a dog park if you can do a dog part you can do a kids part and that way you ain't got to worry about your kids going across the street to the park they can play in their own neighborhood and they want to be bothered with nobody that's my only problem but other than that everything else is great

My AC wasn’t working and maintenance came out to evaluate it in a timely manner. There was a leak that required an outside HVAC company to come in and fix it, and in the meantime a window unit was installed in my apartment which I really appreciated. The main AC was fixed within a day or 2. Overall a great experience.

The Reserve at Barry Apartments are totally refurbished with all appliances including in apartment washer and dryers that are not coin operated. Windows and patio doors are new for energy conservation. The kitchen not only has stove and refrigerator but built in microwave and dishwasher. To make cleanup a breeze brand new cabinets with granite counter tops. There are 57 acres with lots of walkable green spaces, not a concrete jungle.
A very modern gym with outdoor pool and bbq grill and seating. Large area for dog park with dog wash. Tennis court, volley ball court, play ground area with slide for kids with bbq grill and seating. Not just one swimming pool but two. This lush green space is relaxing, a place to unwind after a busy day at work. Truly luxury living at a very reasonable rate. If you come visit I believe you will fall in love with the Reserve as I have during my 16 plus years of living luxuriously at a reasonable price.

Wow! What a place to live. Quiet at the right times of the day. Full of kind residents that stop and say hello as you’re walking with your children or pets. I’ve seen some retired persons out walking around picking up trash around the property to show folks care about where they live overall and not just their individual unit. Never have seen that ever! I also had a kind gentleman ask if I was lost when I passed by his car a second time while I was walking to the dumpster to throw away trash in the night time hours! I’m not sure how much help he was gonna be to me if I was in distress since I did see and smell that he was under the influence and smoking marijuana (legal all the way in MO) due to the odor emitting from his vehicle when I passed by the first time. But if that is against a community rules, PRG may want to send out a PSA. Wink wink. This place has a vibe though and I love it! Come one and come all to Reserve at Barry!

Out of all the apartments I’ve lived at in my days River Oak Apartments has been my absolute favorite. The ladies in the office are so helpful and friendly. The maintenance men are excellent at their job and arrive promptly after putting in a service request and get the job done. My dishwasher stopped working and after the maintenance team looked at it, and realized they couldn’t fix it, they quickly brought me a whole new dishwasher. They truly do take care of their residents.

I love everyone at AMP. U won’t find a more dedicated team than Tori and Cathy. Tori is like a sister to me. Love you guys!

Maintenance has been wonderful for us, when we first moved in we had the condensation line cause a hole in the ceiling; they came in within hours to begin drying it out and patched.

This is our 7th year at Linkhorn Bay and we could not be happier with our oasis. Tucked in away from the business of the community, we are blessed to overlook one of two ponds in the community. Watching the geese and ducks nest and raise their young every season is fun. Listening to the fountains day and night brings a calming nature to our home. Being close enough to walk or ride bikes to the oceanfront or ViBe district is a treat. The best thing is the combination of amenities, updated apartments, and amazing staff, especially our maintenance team: Dwayne and Maurice. Teamwork at its finest.

They are always pleasant and ready to help. I am also impressed with the cleaning team. They clean the elevators, gym and lobby every week. Plus I want to compliment the property management team who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind to the residents. This is my 3rd year living here and I have been very happy.

Perimeter place is a very nice place to stay very quiet peaceful you can sit on your porch want nobody bother you everybody's friendly but my main concern is a park for the kids if we can get it part for the kids and stop having to run into the apartment complex that would be great and I understand that y'all tried to get one there before and was not able to but I don't think it's fair for the kids but you can get a dog park if you can do a dog part you can do a kids part and that way you ain't got to worry about your kids going across the street to the park they can play in their own neighborhood and they want to be bothered with nobody that's my only problem but other than that everything else is great

There was a leak that required an outside HVAC company to come in and fix it, and in the meantime a window unit was installed in my apartment which I really appreciated. The main AC was fixed within a day or 2. Overall a great experience.

The Reserve at Barry Apartments are totally refurbished with all appliances including in apartment washer and dryers that are not coin operated. Windows and patio doors are new for energy conservation. The kitchen not only has stove and refrigerator but built in microwave and dishwasher. To make cleanup a breeze brand new cabinets with granite counter tops. There are 57 acres with lots of walkable green spaces, not a concrete jungle. A very modern gym with outdoor pool and bbq grill and seating. Large area for dog park with dog wash. Tennis court, volley ball court, play ground area with slide for kids with bbq grill and seating. Not just one swimming pool but two. This lush green space is relaxing, a place to unwind after a busy day at work. Truly luxury living at a very reasonable rate. If you come visit I believe you will fall in love with the Reserve as I have during my 16 plus years of living luxuriously at a reasonable price.
