I have lived at the Grove since moving from Chicago in March of 2019. My overall experience here has been a pleasant one. The management office personal are always professional, and the maintenance team is the best.

Amazing experience from the first day I initially met with leasing agent for a tour. Top notch professional!! She continued to update me and inform me of all changes!! Fabulous person!!

My AC wasn’t working and maintenance came out to evaluate it in a timely manner. There was a leak that required an outside HVAC company to come in and fix it, and in the meantime a window unit was installed in my apartment which I really appreciated. The main AC was fixed within a day or 2. Overall a great experience.

The Grove is a great place to live. All staff and members are professional and friendly. The Grove has access to I-264 that provides quick access to I-64 and I-71 Both the Mall St. Matthews and the Oxmoor Mall are minutes away.

I think the office is responsive to your needs and concerns as well as the maintenance staff particularly Jon is the best at what he does, any issues I’ve had in my unit he has fixed.
I would highly consider anyone assigned a unit to visit their unit before signing the lease to be sure you wanna be in that particular area in the complex.
Other than that the apartments are nice and welcoming, cozy, clean and honestly affordable.
