How will I describe Hydro Apartment? I will say it is an affordable and serendipitous apartment that anyone will love to call home. Serendipitous because it is nestled and tucked away from view by the James River Flood wall, providing it with a sense of security and warmth. Aside from the amenities, it is in the best strategic location where you get a feel and sense of the Richmond city, with easy access to major roads, hospitals, and other places of interest. I think I am loving it here.

Love the amenities and pool and access to Floodwall walk. Great location with easy access to Mayo Bridge to get to the city. Residents are very kind and friendly. Staff is amazing and accommodating.

I love the property the moment I set eyes on it and I have yet to be disappointed. I do wish they had more visitors parking; however that’s not enough to make me disappointed in the property. My guess understand and make provisions.

I have lived at hydro for three years now and there is a reason I keep renewing. More than my love of the space (and my unwillingness to move again) the community and management team are amazing. They are always looking for ways to add value to the building - going constant repairs and adding new community events or amenities.

I've been here a little over 6 months. I love my apartment. The building is clean, has a nice modern look. I love thats its dog friendly! Maintenance is pretty fast. On time and on site so that's helpful.
