Loving my life at Walton Vinings. This location is fantastic for getting anywhere you want to go in Atlanta, and the area offers all the high-end amenities and shopping anyone could want. As an avid walker, I truly appreciate the beauty of the serene, well-maintained grounds, as well as the sense of peace and security we have here on this property. I absolutely LOVE the amount of storage space in my apartment. The maintenance staff is fabulous. There is a great neighborly vibe among residents and everyone is friendly. The complex is very pet friendly (great dog park). Overall extremely happy.

Agents and maintenance personal are friendly and hard workers. They keep this apartment community clean and beautiful. The maintenance workers try to fix what ever "maintenance problem" there is as soon as possible.

I appreciate a safe area to take a walk and a nice pool where I can cool off. I appreciate Jenna for planning activities for the Walton residence to get to know one another. The agency/customer service personnel - at present Kayla and Michael have always been friendly and courteous.

I LOVE WALTON VININGS! I've been a resident here for 2 months and it's so peaceful. The property is well kept and the units are HUGE. You don't find complexes with units like these anymore and the price is unbelievable.

We moved here a little over 2 months ago. I cannot say enough about how GREAT Walton Vinings is. If you’ve met me at a restaurant, grocery store, hair salon, nail salon, family gathering, Spiritual Center or tapping into my phone calls (haha - kidding) with friends, you’ve already heard me regaling the magnificence of this community. We are thrilled and truly grateful for the opportunity to live here! And did I mention, with pets?!?!!!
From my first visit to tour (?? Erick), to our welcome gift, to every experience along the way, WALTON VININGS ROCKS!!!
Thank you for creating this gorgeous living space. What a blessing!

So far so good. Currently, I believe this would be a great community to live in. They work really hard to keep the community clean and safe. Not a huge community which is another reason why I chose this community. Great response time from maintenance.
