Hyde Park has been great. My apartment looks amazing. The matenience staff insulated my door and changed my window screens. Even bringing me a new stick for my window.
The service at hyde park just keeps getting better due to the awesome office staff who really love there jobs. I appreciate the calls and follow up it means alot.

I have been a resident at Hyde Park since January 2003 when my daughter and I moved here. It had been a nice place to live and almost 22 years later I still enjoy calling Hyde Park home. Lots of memories made here with my daughter who is now 31 and our beloved pooch who lived her whole life here from May 2003 until she passed away in June 2020. Beautiful community for sure.

Nice community to reside! Convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Good schools in the area for your children. Only hiccup is, need round the clock security more visible on the premises.

I have lived here at Hyde Park since May of 2015 and have never been disappointed with the responses from Management or Maintenance concerning issues with other residents or apartment problems. The professionalism and response times have been nothing more than, in my opinion, exemplary.

We’ve been in Hyde Park since June ‘22 and couldn’t be happier. They work hard to create a sense of community and keep the area clean and welcoming. Maintenance has been wonderful for us, when we first moved in we had the condensation line cause a hole in the ceiling; they came in within hours to begin drying it out and patched.
