I have rented and moved several times due to serving in the military for over 14 years and Hyde Park is by far most not a very good property in my opinion. The staff is very nice and professional from what I have experienced but since day one of moving in, I have had several issues with the home. Mainly, the AC unit not working and I have two small children. Management has provided small appliances to assist during heat of the summer and I am grateful for that, but I would not recommend this property to anyone based upon my experience. Still a decent place to stay for a somewhat decent price. The Chester area is a good area to reside. Can't forget the pool, They don't make them like the pool here anymore. The pool is THE BEST!

Hyde Park has been great. My apartment looks amazing. The matenience staff insulated my door and changed my window screens. Even bringing me a new stick for my window.
The service at hyde park just keeps getting better due to the awesome office staff who really love there jobs. I appreciate the calls and follow up it means alot.

I have been a resident at Hyde Park since January 2003 when my daughter and I moved here. It had been a nice place to live and almost 22 years later I still enjoy calling Hyde Park home. Lots of memories made here with my daughter who is now 31 and our beloved pooch who lived her whole life here from May 2003 until she passed away in June 2020. Beautiful community for sure.
