Not a bad start up apartment for being built in the 70s. The rooms are larger than most newer apts. Today, and you get to cook with gas. Which is a plus. And as always, it has one of the best pools in the area.

The move-in process for Hyde Park was so smooth, from the application to move-in day. They also provide a move-in gift that has all of your 'first day' needs in it, along with some snacks. It was so well thought out and greatly appreciated, as move-in day is already stressful enough. All leasing offices should do this! It was a lifesaver instead of digging through all the boxes.

Even with the not so ideal experiences, the PEOPLE in the community, my neighbors are nice, the maintenance staff does to the best of thier abilities with what they can control, and the contractors pick up nicely where maintenance had to call them in. The office staff shows professionalism and my experience has been courteous and compassionate about my issues.

When we were in the heat wave my a/c went out and the hyde park made it top priority to assist. I could not be happier to have move into hyde park. From the time they clock in tell the end of the day they stay on the move. From management to the support team. Keep doing what you do.....thank you.

I've moved here twice now, and both times have been great experiences. The staff and community workers are always very helpful if someone needs to be fixed for some reason and do it in a timely manner. They also keep you informed on anything that is happening with in the area as far as things like pool opening, maintenance being conducted, etc.

I just had a water heater replaced. The team figured out where all the water was coming from and even kept things quiet because I work from home. I recently had a back injury so I can go up the steps. I appreciate these 2 guys so much. They did not stop until it was done..Everthing is working fine now..thanks guys

I have rented and moved several times due to serving in the military for over 14 years and Hyde Park is by far most not a very good property in my opinion. The staff is very nice and professional from what I have experienced but since day one of moving in, I have had several issues with the home. Mainly, the AC unit not working and I have two small children. Management has provided small appliances to assist during heat of the summer and I am grateful for that, but I would not recommend this property to anyone based upon my experience. Thank you for your time.
