Fantastic place to live! Reasonably priced, especially for its proximity to the city center

Terrible. Would not recommend. Only stayed here as long as I did out of necessity, not desire.

I moved into The Box Apartments as a first-time renter during the February concession promotion. The Decatur floor plan offers great quality and value for its price point.
