This is the second time I’ve lived here. The staff and neighborhood are amazing! I feel safe, welcomed, they allow you to make each space feel like home, and I am zoned for a great elementary school on top of it all.

The most stressful thing about moving is the time it takes to view apartments, process the application, and go through all the necessary paperwork to move into your new home. The Villages of Banyan Groves eliminates the stress with their fast-paced work and communication, keeping you updated every step of the way. Once moved in, any issues are resolved quickly. The staff is so friendly, and the passion they have for this community is unlike any other that I have seen. If you want to know what home feels like, I recommend moving here.

The Villages Banyan Grove are an awesome place to live. First of all, you will never find a better management, office staff and competent courteous maintenance staff.
The development is beautifully maintained
100%.. in all areas. It is also a friendly and safe place to live. The office staff is always available to help and resolve any and all issues. And their positive attitude and understanding and knowledge is invaluable. Maintenance is always available. The response time is always more than timely and they are really are truly Knowledgeable.. It is also dog friendly and there is a small dog park on the premises. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and always immaculate. The same for the wonderful gym. I love living here. It is also fair pricing in today’s market yet you get so much more with the beautiful grounds, the wonderful customer service from the office and maintenance. It is kept extremely clean and safe place to live.
It is definitely a “ten” and I highly recommend living care. I love it.

A humble hidden gem! Banyan is everything I hoped for in a community. Safe, clean and reasonably priced. It doesn't have some of the fancy polish and "amenities" that newer complexes would charge an extra arm and leg for; but, I wouldn't have used any of it anyway. What Banyan lacks in fashion, it far makes up for in function. The management is kind, professional and responsive! Maintenance is capable, quick and courteous!
That being said, this community has been making many new improvements to the property over my tenure here, so it won't be long before we can say it has everything anyone can ask for.

The Villages are strategically located to provide access to many of the stores and restaurants in Boynton Beach. The amenities here meet my needs and is kept in excellent condition. The staff has been exceptionally receptive to my needs and circumstances. I’ve been to four or five different communities, but ultimately decided on the Villages @ Banyan

My neighbors are friendly and there are a lot of other dog owners. It's a very dog friendly community! Lexi and Steffane are very customer focused and very professional. And their maintenance staff is outstanding! They frequently fix any issue within a few hours!

I enjoy living at the Village of Banyan Grove. It’s very community oriented and the staff are very helpful. All the benefits are great and I use them often such as the gym and the pool. Our apartment had a mold issue in the bedroom closet and the maintenance team resolved the issue and property staff provided us with adequate resources. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

I have lived at a couple different complexes in South Florida since moving here in 2020 and this is by far the most family oriented development lived in. It’s quiet, peaceful, and everybody is courteous to one another.

There's no such thing as the perfect community, but Villages of Banyan Grove Is pretty dang close! Villages is a great community. Safe, clean, and peaceful.
