I moved to The Villages of Banyan Grove seven months ago, from Brooklyn NY. The place is excellent, it offers you different types of apartments that will fit your budget and necessities. Everything is near by. The amenities of the place are incredible and easy to used. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This is the perfect place to be. I posted this comment with some pictures on Google as a review of the property and today they have reach 27,207 views. I call this place Home.

I have lived in the The Villages of Banyan Grove for 5 years. The office staff and the maintenance staff are always very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It is very rare to find such a great group of employees in one place. The Villages of Banyan Grove rise above the rest!

Banyan Grove is a nice neighborhood. Any minor issue we've had so far has been resolved quickly. The office staff is respectful and the maintenance people I've met so far, have been nice. It feels good to be living in a community that cares about its residents.

I genuinely love the Villages of Banyan. It has been a peaceful and great place for my dogs and me. This flood experience is not a "fault"; it is how we worked through the issue. The beginning bumps were hard, but after that, it has been about collaborating together. It is still my peaceful place.

Here at Banyon Groves, management strives to address work orders within 24 hrs. I have put in several work orders over the years and this maintenance staff is always 'spot on',responding the same day. Most recently they were here in 24 minutes! Exceptional service!

The apartments at the villages of Banyan Grove provided an overall excellent experience and accommodations when my fiancé and I were moving in. This was the first time for us to move out on our own and the whole experience was made very easy by Jessenia every step of the way.

Our community is constantly being upgraded and improved—e.g., carriage lighting along all the roads, handy receptacles to toss junk mail at the mailboxes, the installation of hurricane windows, the repainting of all building exteriors, and recently the repaving of all the streets—which shows that management is very attentive to the upkeep of the property as well as the convenience of the residents.

The villages are a very unique facility. Not only are the staff exceptional but the amenities are great and the property is well-maintained. Each floor plan is very distinctive and I have had nothing but amazing experiences since I have moved to Florida and found my home here at the villages opinion Grove.

I was unhappy with this place prior but the maintenance team really changed my perspective. Daniel and Mario is top tier great assets to this community. They assisted during a flood in the unit. Fast response acted immediately and kept me informed throughout the entire process start to finish. The level of professionalism was above the charts. Stormy listened with empathy and apologized and ensured full restoration. The service was too good I can’t complain even how upset I was. Daniel and Mario true superhero’s. Thank you!

Overall I’ve had an amazing experience with this community. From the application process through the first couple of months after move in. The amenities are nice (especially the valet trash, taking trash to a dumpster has always been the vain of my existence) to the pool and car wash center. My living experience has been fantastic for both me and my two children. The community is safe and quiet and I value you this extremely as a single mom. The price of rent is well balanced for all that is offered, I find it extremely fair to someone who can afford it. I don’t plan on leaving this community until I’m ready to purchase our forever home. ??
