We have lived in the community for about a year. No issues... maintenance is always on it, and everything is kept up very well. All the neighbors respect each other, and you feel safe to take walk whenever. We really enjoy living here.

This complex is very convenient to everything I need, from grocery stores to movies to gyms and much more. I’m a 5-minute drive from my favorite clothing stores, restaurants, libraries, etc., and the beach is close too!

My A/C was not working and about 40 minutes after my call requesting service Mario arrived and worked for almost 2 hours making the necessary repair. Was very pleased as he metnioned what he found and what he had to do to fix the issue. Very professional

3 weeks of being here and I am loving the community. The floor plan is perfect for us… I enjoy starting my morning with a peaceful walk around the complex with beautiful scenery, wildlife, and friendly neighbors. The office staff have been delightful for us as well!

As a resident for going on 8 years, I’ve really enjoyed my stay at The Villages of Banyan Grove. I personally have had very few issues, and the issues I have had are resolved or corrected in a timely manner with respect and a sense of urgency. The grounds are always immaculate, the units are spacious, and my neighbors are also generally long-term residents too. Goes to show the quality of life and “bang for your buck” that Banyan Grove has to offer. Maintenance staff is without a doubt the best team out of any other apartment community that I have lived. Life here has allowed me to focus on my professional work and family life without added worry or stress that so often comes from modern day apartment life. Thank you all!

I moved to The Villages of Banyan Grove seven months ago, from Brooklyn NY. The place is excellent, it offers you different types of apartments that will fit your budget and necessities. Everything is near by. The amenities of the place are incredible and easy to used. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. This is the perfect place to be. I posted this comment with some pictures on Google as a review of the property and today they have reach 27,207 views. I call this place Home.

Here at Banyon Groves, management strives to address work orders within 24 hrs. I have put in several work orders over the years and this maintenance staff is always 'spot on',responding the same day. Most recently they were here in 24 minutes! Exceptional service!

Our community is constantly being upgraded and improved—e.g., carriage lighting along all the roads, handy receptacles to toss junk mail at the mailboxes, the installation of hurricane windows, the repainting of all building exteriors, and recently the repaving of all the streets—which shows that management is very attentive to the upkeep of the property as well as the convenience of the residents.
