5 Stars – Excellent Service!
I had an issue with my stove and reached out to PRG Maintenance — and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in no time. They were respectful of my home, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
My stove now runs like new, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. If you’re looking for reliable, efficient, and friendly appliance repair, I highly recommend PRG Maintenance. They truly went above and beyond!

When I have needed an apartment on James Island, Sawgrass has always been my first choice - being one of the older, more established communities, the pool is a dream depth of almost 9 feet, the residents range in age from young to old, with many families choosing to live here, because of its quiet, yet upbeat and friendly vibe - it is a seriously "green" property, with many great oaks and tall pines, providing shade on the back side of most appartments, and yet letting the sun shine in - the office staff and maintenance team are top notch, and the upgrades they regularly provide to each apartment, about every two years, make this older residence, modern and stylish - from here, you are right around the corner, from a great Church, which sits behind McDonalds, Arby's, La Caretta Mexican, Wendy's and Dairy Queen - just a quarter of a mile down the road, is Publix, Bagel Nation, UPS store, Jersey Mikes, Marco's Pizza, and even a nail salon. A little further is the 30 connector, so you can leave home and be downtown within 10 to 15 minutes in normal traffic. Sawgrass is also very pet friendly, and many residents you meet up with, when they are out walking their dogs. As far as apartment living goes, in a very family oriented a safe place, on James Island, only 5 miles or so from one of the best beaches in America, Folly Beach, there is only one place to be - Sawgrass Apartments.
