I have lived at Lafayette for more than 30 years now and I think that speaks for itself. I have enjoyed my many years here at the Lafayette, it has always been home to me and I pray it will continue to be.

I like the location of Lafayette because it is centrally located and accessible to all major cities and venues. I enjoy the large and spacious bedrooms and the wide open floor plans. The local dog park is conveniently located and they are plenty of biking and walking pass for you to enjoy Not to mention a white room that meets all of my needs for maintaining my physical fitness.

I really enjoyed the location the size of the apartments in the large rooms that come with the apartment. The location provides accessibility to just about everything. I appreciate the activities provided by the management of the building. I love the dog bar and the gym is well equipped. There is access to a dog park in the surrounding area of colonial Place provides excellent walking pass not to mention all the support from the staff that is provided to all residents.

Kyla has made everything easy since the day I initially toured the apartment. I was very specific in what I was looking to see and have for my new place to which she offered a secondary tour and even went as far as providing images of the various layouts they had to offer. Super glad to have moved to this complex and be in the hands of a well managed team who clearly cares about their residents.

I have lived at The Lafayette since 1993 and consider it my home. The spaciousness of the apartments, the amenities (gym, package room, pet spa, etc.), and the friendly staff make it an ideal place to live. Compared to other communities, I feel you get the best living conditions for your money and intend to stay here for years to come.

So far its been great. Its a true definition of you get what you pay for. But what you do pay for is great. I would truly recommend if your a simple person that doesn't need everything and just needs the basics. Like you get all the basics. But I would 100% recommend this place to anybody looking for an apartment.
