I have loved my time so far at The Lafayette. Kyla and Felicia are super helpful with each and every question/concern I come in the office with. I also love seeing Vivian every morning on my walk with my dog. This management does a great job facilitating a welcoming community.

I like the location of Lafayette because it is centrally located and accessible to all major cities and venues. I enjoy the large and spacious bedrooms and the wide open floor plans. The local dog park is conveniently located and they are plenty of biking and walking pass for you to enjoy Not to mention a white room that meets all of my needs for maintaining my physical fitness.

I really enjoyed the location the size of the apartments in the large rooms that come with the apartment. The location provides accessibility to just about everything. I appreciate the activities provided by the management of the building. I love the dog bar and the gym is well equipped. There is access to a dog park in the surrounding area of colonial Place provides excellent walking pass not to mention all the support from the staff that is provided to all residents.
