Sure you could buy a house, but a house won't give you what The Falls can. It provides a beautifully maintained complex, upscale amenities, a quiet setting, and the peace of mind of being free from home ownership stressors. It's not just a place to live. It's a place to thrive!

The Falls is such a dream. Well appointed units and fabulous amenities, for a mostly reasonable price, plus a staff that truly seems to care about the tenants. So glad we found this place.

It's a nice quiet community, plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards to assist in any issue that arises

As a new resident I have been surprised by how quiet this community is. I expected more noise and rowdiness. I love how the developer kept so much green space and paid so much attention to the landscape design. It is close to great shopping and restaurants.
