The process, from my initial tour, to application submission/approval, to move-in went very smoothly. The office staff is very helpful and accessible, and the residents are cordial and respectful. The Falls is a very nice and comfortable place to live.

The Falls is a nice, clean and quiet community apartments with a cool gym, dog park, concierge and the list goes on. The property manager, Sarah Sedei is the best! Amazing leasing agents, too!

My experience at The Falls has been wonderful. The complex is quiet and well kept. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Maintenance problems I’ve had are resolved promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about The Falls.

The falls is a good place for single people or low-income families. Location is GREAT convivence to everything around you. Easy downtown access. The Office has always been great to me; the maintenance has always been great to me. Pool and Gym are well taken care of.
