Circ apartment is great if you want your place, which is clean and smells nice all the time. The lady who maintains all the floors is amazing and absolutely sweet. All the residents are very friendly.

The management at CIRC has been wonderful, leasing office and maintenance has been great! Only real areas of concern are price and some location annoyances - mainly being paying $100 a month for parking to not have 24/7 access to every single spot in the garage

I enjoy living here, it is in a great area, and I was able to get moved in immediately. I just think the amenities could be better considering the price.
