The office staff know that I had planned to leave Park Ridge about a month ago and then changed my mind about 2 weeks before my arranged moving date. They had been here for a relatively short time before the change in atmosphere was apparent, thanks to their positive attitude and helpfulness. I'm glad that I decided to stay for at least another year. They should be proud to know that they made such a positive improvement in such a short time. I hope they are amply rewarded for their great work in the ParkRidge community.

Park Ridge Estates is a wonderful place to live. I have been a resident here for five years, and I have never felt unsafe. The grounds are well-maintained, and there are shopping options nearby, as well as a walking trail. Matt and the office staff are friendly and address any concerns you may have. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly. Needless to say, I love living here.

Park Ridge Estates is well located with great walking trails, a large mall and a number of grocery stores in the area.
The maintenance is excellent and amongst the best in the Triangle area.

A wonderful natural oasis in the middle of the city!
PRE feels cozy and welcoming in a way that's hard to find these days while apartment hunting. Management is friendly, maintenance is fast - and the walking trails are a lot of fun to explore. Overall I've really loved living here!

Our experience with Dana and Park Ridge Estates has exceeded our expectations. I feel so lucky to have found this place for my partner and me. We feel respected as renters, which is a first for either of us. The grounds are immaculate, the location can't be beat, and the apartment floorplan gives us enough space to spread out and feel at home.

Although I have only been here for one week, I have already been blown away by the cleanliness of amenities, professionalism of staff and management, and even had a move-in repair fixed the same day I reported it. Everything has been wonderful and I could not have found a better place to live. Will be recommending to all my friends!

Melissa in the leasing office was amazing! I had 3 weeks to pack, buy a car and find an apartment!! Melissa was the reason I chose Park Ridge Estates. I trusted her completely and I’m so happy I did! I love it here, it’s so peaceful and the property is beautiful.

After living in NYC apartments with thin walls and constant pests, I had low hopes for my apartment experience here. I was very wrong! I still can't get over how quiet and peaceful it is in this community. I can't hear any of my neighbors which blows my mind! My apartment was very clean on move in which gave it an even more inviting vibe. All my neighbors are nice and helpful. I worked with millissa to find an apartment with lots of sunlight for my plants but the apartments on the back side have such lovely shaded, nature views. The thing I love the most is that they let me screen in my balcony. It makes my balcony so much more cozy and I don't have to worry about bugs. I would highly recommend living here but honestly, I want to keep it a secret. I feel like I've found a jewel in Durham. I grew up behind this complex and had no idea it was here!

I've been at Park Ridge Estates for only 3 weeks so far and am really enjoying the community. The leasing staff and maintenance team have all been very kind and down-to-earth. The whole community is very quiet and has direct access to many miles of walking trails surrounded by lots of nature, which is my favorite feature.

We have been very happy with our choice to move to Park Ridge Estates. The staff, especially Milissa, have been so kind and welcoming. We love the location and safety of the area. You are close by to many stores but also tucked back away from main roads so it is very quiet. There is a great walking trail just behind the apartments! Our apartment had brand new carpet, appliances, and counters when we moved in which was incredible. Overall we've been very happy with our experience thus far.

Park Ridge Estates is a great place to live! I have been here for 4 years and have felt safe and pleased to be living here. It is quiet, has nice walking trails and the staff is always supportive and friendly. Any maintenance issues I have had have always been taken care of promptly and the staff has always been friendly and respectful. Park Ridge is in a great location, central to groceries, shopping, etc.
