I have truly had a great experience at Palmetto Place thus far. The team Theresa and Brittney have been amazing and ensure that any concerns are addressed quickly. They also offer community activities which helps to get everyone out and interacting. The day I moved in, they happened to be having a community pool party. The entire process to lease was quick and they even helped me to move up my move in date with no problem.

Wonderful experience from start to move in. Love the apartment, the amenities. Theresa is fabulous, she goes above and beyond always. The grounds/landscaping is just beautiful, the community is extremely safe and very well kept.

Palmetto Place has been a wonderful experience so far. The community has been nothing but kind and respectful. This is most definitely a safe family friendly apartment complex. The activities alone makes it more homey. They work fast when something comes up. The apartments are cute too.
