I am very happy with our home, and all the little things that make this community worth enjoying! Life is up and down, but my home has remained the same and for that I am grateful! I enjoy stability and a sense of peace and that’s exactly what Ashley and Paulina have offered our family! Cheers to hopefully another year!

Ashley was kind, calm and one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with in such a stressful time. She made sure she listened and made our move a whole lot smoother than I anticipated. I thank her, very much! She’s worth her weight in Gold!

South Beach is awesome. When you have a complaint the leasing office takes care of it right away. I put in three maintenance tickets Monday night and the maintenance team was there on Tuesday morning to complete them. Just awesome.
